Pope Pius XI sees the necessity for government intervention; he also added the idea of “subsidiarity”.

This
idea tells that we should aid those most imminent to a problem and correct it with social support when
required.

In the distribution of property and income among human beings, the people in charge should consider the
welfare of all humans; it must be prioritized. The common good of the people and the society should be
protected to achieve, maybe not entirely, the objective that God wants regarding the distribution of property
and income.

The working lass should be focused on, ma it be the employer only or the group. Their welfare should be
prioritized and the common good for all should be applied.

Pope Pius XI hugely give cautions against unreasonable communism, collectivism, individualism, and
socialism. He also stated that everything has its purpose and provides different gains to the entire human
race. He even defended private property rights, which is very essential.

He encouraged all the people in the society to work together to provide good for everyone by reconstructing
the society into systems where every group of the society are involved.

Subsidiarity is an organizing principle that matters ought to be handled by the smallest, lowest or

least centralized competent authority. Political decisions should be taken at a local level if possible,
rather than by a central authority.
