Properties Appearance Off-white granule powder Charge Medium anionic Molecular weight Very high Approximate specific gravity, g/cm3 ≥ 0,75 pH at 1% solution 6-9 Applications ◦ Gravity settling ◦ Flotation aid ◦ Sludge thickening and dewatering aid ◦ Tailing sedimentation Benefits ◦ Fast dilution ◦ Effective at low dosage ◦ Does not alter system's pH ◦ Fast settling rates Product addition Recommended stock solution range is 0.005 - 0.2% concentration. Water with high quality should be used for dilution process. Solutions should be aged 30-60 minutes for maximum effectiveness. Centrifugal pumps shold be avoided for polymer transfer. Please contact your representative for determining the correct dosage for your particular process.
Handling and Storages Solutions are no more corrosive than water.
Recommended materials of construction include stainless steel, fiberglass, plastic, and glass or epoxy- lined vessels. The shelf life of these products is 24 months when stored in unopened packages in a dry atmosphere at temperaturs no higher than 35°C. Spilled polymer is very slippery and should be collected prior to flushing with water.
