1 In the meeting Swapnil discussed about the various issues that currently exists in the
website. To which the technical team agreed.
2 There was an also discussion about the performance issues the site has been experiencing
recently.
3 The technical team organised a demonstration of the new features of the web site. Everyone
in the meeting agreed that we should proceed with the design.

Meeting Conclusion
The meeting concluded with everyone in the team recommending to proceed with the website re-
design. There was also a recommendation to understand the current performance issues and
possible remediation.
