IMPORTANCE OF MEDITATION FOR SOUL AWAKENING

God's gift of human life is priceless. The Lord has no greater gift to bestow on
his beloved creatures than this. Its capabilities and specialties are so
exceptional that the results can only astound us.
This gift was given to us in order for us to achieve divine objectives. We want
what our minds want, and we see the body's needs as our own. The two
wheels of our life's chariot are our body and mind.
We, on the other hand, have completely forgotten that we are the soul, not
the body. If we grasp the true reality and the distinction between the life force
and the peripherals that manifest in our consciousness, we will prioritize soul
well\-being. We would only place as much emphasis on material objects as is
necessary.
Today, we walk around without shoes on our feet and decorate our cars with
gold frills. We're starving and feeding clarified butter to vehicles. For the
purpose of meditation, an image of God is created, complete with his qualities,
activities, and natural surroundings.
As a result, one feels closeness, oneness, and a sense of God is merging.
Meditation's true nature is revealed in this way. The goal of Yoga meditation is
to overcome memory loss, i.e. to recognize that we are the soul, not the body.
One remembers God and experiences one's soul nature in this way.

THE POWER OF CONCENTRATION

Obtaining Divine Powers is not a great accomplishment. It should be kept safe

from any kind of waste and never be abused. Spiritual concentration entails
keeping the mind focused on its center and reserving one's Divine Powers for
sacred endeavors only after focusing them on one central focal point.
In spiritual texts, this is referred to as mind control or psyche focusing. There
is a lot of discussion about Yoga and Meditation. It's best described as a
mental concentration technique.
Its success appears mediocre when we hear about it, but it is a significant
achievement in reality. When a person masters this art, he can concentrate his
scattered thoughts.
The goal of Yoga of Meditation is to bring all of one's scattered mental
thoughts into one small area of thought. The more a person succeeds in
concentrating his mind, the more powerful his psyche will become. It is simple
for him to achieve his goal as if he were a word arrow.
If spirituality is his goal, he will grow spiritually and his psyche will be filled with
Ridhi-Sidhi, or Divine Powers. If the goal is to make material progress, we will
succeed. This energy will pay off in whatever direction it is directed.
Great scientists, Yogis, philosophers, and others can enter the deep ocean of
the mind and collect priceless jewels by improving mental concentration.
Those who merely float on the sea's surface gain nothing, while those who
dive deep into it gain priceless materials.
Superficial thinking is like a stray blade of grass flitting about aimlessly.
Meditation, on the other hand, focuses one's thought waves on a single point
in the psyche, producing miraculous results.
