I was associated with Propane unit, Mercaptan extractor unit and glycol unit, For developing piping studies in
SP3D platform for columns, vessels, exchangers, pumps, cooler etc by following respective PIDs, international
codes and project’s design standards, PWIs, SID, HFE, HSE, best engineering practices and good technical
acumen. Isometric issued for Modules M058/M059 & K056 (1350 Isometrics) within schedule for propane area.
Review vendor equipment drawings, inter discipline drawings; modeling of piping design as per specification,

and effective Tag management system thereafter, As a module lead I ensure my model integrity by effective

plant.
Scope of work includes piping studies for jacketed piping for columns, vessels, exchangers, pumps, etc. Issued
piping GAD for 6story building, nozzle orientation and 1644 isometrics. Review vendor equipment drawings; inter
discipline drawings. Modeling of Jacket piping design as per specification. Review for clash and consistency.
Coordination with client and process licensor (Lurgi) and surveying the existing facility by timely visiting site.
