The activity started at exactly 8:00 in the morning and graced by a prayer lead by Mrs. Zabiah
Grace D. Jao a grade one teacher. The Teacher-In-Charge, Mrs. Joyce H. Surio facilitated the meeting.

The school together with parents and stakeholders work together defining the organizational
structure and the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders. After the thorough discussion, the group come
up with the good results and crafted the SCHOOL COMMUNITY PLANNING TEAM AND OTHER
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES. The meeting ended at exactly 11:00 am.
