improve one’s core leadership values. Understanding what leadership values are and
what core leadership values you want to adopt into your leadership style can help you
improve your relationship and connection with your team, thus becoming a more
effective leader.
In my presentation, we will discuss basic things we need to know about the core values
of a great leader highlighting ethical leadership and moral leadership.
-Develop a backbone – show zero tolerance for ethical violations. • Reward ethical conduct.
• Focus on what is right for the organization as well as all the people involved.
• Do the right thing in both your private and professional life – even when no one is looking.
- Treat everyone with fairness, dignity, and respect, from the lowest to the highest level of the
organization.
