General Membership guidelines

1.1 Requirements

The initial requirements to be a Team Zero Tolerance member are the following:

1: Mature Attitude
2: Total Respect (This includes the excessive use of foul language)
3: Team oriented attitude
4: Microphone
5: The ability to take orders
6: Willingness to practice
7: Ability to download and use Ventrillo/Teamspeak
8: Ability to download and use ATC for Battlefield 2

1.2 Sign-Up Process

Every new recruit follows the following sign-up process:

1: Register on Team Zero Tolerance Forums


Alt 1: Send email to Team Zero Recruiting Representative
2: Provide information such as:
First Name (real)
Nickname (Game Name)
Age
Time Zone
Reason to join
Email
Other contact methods
3: Await preliminary member vote as acceptance as recruit
4: Affix [o-t] tag to game name
5: Recruit membership granted with full access to public and private
practices/scrimmages

1.3 Recruitment Process

The process to become a Team Zero Tolerance member is the following:

1: Attendance to 6 practices
2: Meets full requirements of membership status (section 1.1)
3: Obtain 80% of vote from team (after requirement 1)
1.4 Membership Process

The process to maintain membership status in Team Zero Tolerance member is the
following:

1: Participate in one practice a week (Exceptions to this rule: Section 1.5)


2: Maintain full requirements of membership status (section 1.1)
3: Avoid 80% removal vote from team

1.5 Inactivity Policy

The ability of a member to participate in one practice a week is strictly enforced; the
following are rules and exceptions:

1: Family Emergency
2: Personal Emergency
3: Personal Time (Prior notice must be given for this to be excusable)
4: Work (Prior notice necessary. If this is a continuous problem, please notify
members via forums to possibly restructure practice schedule)

2.1 Requirements
