Recruitment Guidelines for New Applicants

Thank you for expressing your interest in joining the Remote Reps, formerly CC Capital Group.
REMEMBER: This is NOT a short-term freelancing gig. It's a LONG-TERM employment opportunity.

You will be going through three (3) different phases of the interview process with the Remote Reps
Management Team. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd phase interview calls, respectively. The aim is to have the 1st and 2nd
phase interview calls on the same day to speed up your hiring process but it may take more than a day
depending upon our management team’s availability. Your 3rd and final interview with our clients will be
scheduled and day or two after 2nd phase but it might take more time depending on the client’s
availability. Interview calls are conducted via Skype, the app, not the web version. These calls are
VIDEO calls, so please come prepared.

What is the purpose of having 3 interviews?

Most BPO companies conduct one interview and boom, you’re hired! Some will just ask you to read a
script but ever noticed what happens a couple of months later? You’re fired! Why is this you ask?
Companies may hire someone out of desperation, simply because they need to fill the position not
because that the person is a good fit.
Here at Remote Reps, we want to keep you long-term so we need to ensure that every individual we hire
not only has the ability to carry out their roles but also if their personality would be a good fit to our
family.

What do I need to prepare for my interviews?

• You will need to be available on the Skype App on your computer (no cell phones or tablet).
• Computer processor – Quad Core processor, with at least 6 GB of RAM.
• Strong and Stable Internet connection, at least 5-10 MBPS.
• Must have your own professional USB headset (no earphones).
• Must have a quiet background. (Note: We have a zero-tolerance policy on noise, we are only
hiring professionals)
Interviews are held daily Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm Pacific Time. Please come prepared for a
video call.
1st Phase
1st phase interview is conducted by our Recruiting Manager, Arturo. If you pass this interview, you’ll be
through to the 2nd phase.

2nd Phase
2nd phase interview is conducted by our Director of Recruitment, Collena. If you pass this interview,
you’ll be through to the 3rd phase.

Finally!! Your 3rd Phase Introduction to the Client!


Remote Reps is a virtual workforce (a virtual call center in other words), meaning we not only recruit
but completely manage the agents on behalf of our clients, unlike other BPO companies, our clients
actually get to meet the agents before we just select somebody on our own and place on any particular
campaign/initiative.
Once you have successfully completed 1st and 2nd phases, we will start introducing you to our clients for
different campaigns/initiatives based on your skills-set. The sooner any client likes and selects you, the
sooner you will officially be hired by us. A good agent typically gets himself/herself selected within the
first 2 to 3 attempts. So, the ball is in your court.
How this is conducted and how will you introduce yourself to the client?
Our team will have a brief coaching call with you prior to your introduction to prepare you and to go
through what you can expect.

Expected timeline to get hired:


From the 1st phase interview to your selection by the client can take anywhere between 2 to 7 business
days.

REST ASSURED, once you have successfully passed the 1st and 2nd phases with our team, sooner or
later, we will get you placed.
