6.2. Sequence of Work

a. Work Cycle of Wall Ground Floor

Casting is divided
into 3 stages, every
1-1.5 meters

Casting/Pouring Area

The work of wall ground floor started from STR area continued to ATR area

b. Preparation Work
 Survey Work / Determine the slab on ground elevation.
 Checking of coordinate & border of slab Ground floor
 Determine the slab border line based on approved drawings.
 Checking approval drawing & bar bending schedule
 We must check the approved drawing & bar bending schedule before
cutting the Rebar.
 We should be check the elevation of slab
 We should be check additional beam under the wall plan
 The labour must be use safety shoes, safety helm, reflector vest, & gloves
before fabrication the rebar

c. Rebar Assembling & Casting Concrete Floor

Rebar assembling consists of fabrication, such as cutting, joining and

installation work. These works shall be conducted in accordance with related
drawing, standard and specifications. Rebar material will be delivered to
fabrication yard to carry out the fabrication work. Stocked and fabricated
material shall be protected by plastic sheet and wooden timber to avoid
rusting and support with cushion in lay down area.
After fabrication, fabricated rebar will be install, decking with designated
spacing in accordance with construction drawings.
First, assembly rebar for slab parts will be installed on overlapping between
Rebar using manual moving. Reinforcement should be fixed by proper rebar
wire. After that QC & Supervisor should be check the reinforcement and all the
rebar must be fixed by rebar wire.
After checklist the rebar, we start to casting concrete works. Casting concrete
works will be conducted by using concrete pump vehicle. Before placing of
equipment, site condition shall be checked by concrete pump operator and
site condition shall be modified if necessary. Ready mixed concrete will be
supplied to the slab on ground by truck mixers. Workability of fresh concrete
will be checked by slump test at the site prior to starting of concreting.
During the process of concreting, workers will use vibrators to prevent the
segregation and to ensure the concrete quality. The concrete shall be poured
continuously with monolithic process until designated top elevation. The
concrete of the column shall be placed under the condition without added
water.
The concrete of slab must be cutting maximum 8 hours after concreting. During
the hardening process, concrete shall be cured by watering to avoid the dry up
for ensuring of good quality up to 7 days.

8. Safety Plan
Safety is an important thing that shall be enforced during column work activity. The
relevant safety procedure will be applied during this work.

The safety plan that will be applied is including:

a. Personnel Standard Safety Tools, i.e. safety helmet, reflector vest, and safety
shoes.
b. These safety tools shall be appropriate with the safety standards. Guna Mulya
Cahaya will keep all of the personnel to always use Personnel Standard Safety
Tools during working.
c. Safety for maintaining existing traffic, i.e. rubber cone, plastic safety barrier, red
flag, traffic signboard, and other related safety material. A safety office and flagman
will be provided during activity to concern on safety matter and control existing
traffic.
d. Safety on the equipment when operated; the around area of equipment shall
be made sure of safe conditions. Guna Mulya Cahaya will check the condition
of equipment which shall be safe before use. The working radius of crane
and maximum lifting load shall be confirmed on layout drawing and at the site.

e. Safety on the material; Safe location will be provided for the stockFloor
area of the
material before used. During unloading the material, a safety officer will make
sterilization to the area from unimportant persons and others. Unloading of
material will be guided by special personnel and supported by workers. During
loading and unloading, it shall be made sure that no one stands on the bottom
of the material when lifted up. It will prevent accident during this activity.
f. Safety Facilities; Guna Mulya Cahaya will provide safety facilities in the working
area. The safety facilities will be including First aid, lighting for night work, ladder,
