FINAL RESULT OF THE DIRECT RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION TO THE POST OF SOCIAL SECURITY
ASSISTANT IN EMPLOYEES’ PROVIDENT FUND ORGANISATION
[Notification No. 12(1)2018/SSA/DR]
ANDHRA PRADESH REGION

1. For the Direct Recruitment to the post of Social Security Assistants in Employee’s Provident Fund
Organization, the Preliminary (Phase-I) Examination was held on 31.08.2019, the Main (Phase-II)
Examination was held on 14.11.2019 and Phase-III of the Examination (Computer Data Entry
Skill Test) was held on 25.12.2020.
2. Phase-III of the examination (Computer Data Entry Skill Test) is qualifying in nature only. The
final selection for the post of Social Security Assistant shall be on the basis of the marks
obtained by the candidates in Phase-II (Main) Examination. The candidates qualifying in Phase-
III (Computer Data Entry Skill Test) are considered for final selection on the basis of their merit
position in Phase-II (Main) examination. The list of candidates who have been provisionally
selected for the post of Social Security Assistant for Andhra Pradesh Region is enclosed as
Annexure-A.
3. The final result is given in the website in the link Miscellaneous >> Recruitments.

NOTE :-

a) While every care has been taken in preparing the result, however Employees’
Provident Fund Organisation reserves the right to rectify the errors /omissions, if any
comes to its notice.
b) The candidates finding place in select list against UR vacancies but availing relaxation
in age, relaxation in marks in Phase-II Exam (T1, T2, T3, T4) and T5 (Descriptive Test)
are selected under their respective categories.
c) After considering qualification in Phase – III (Computer Data Entry Skill Test)
Examination and the qualifying marks in Phase-II (Mains) Examination , the merit list
is prepared based on total marks obtained in all five tests (T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5) in
Phase-II of the examination.
d) In cases where more than one candidate secures equal aggregate marks in Phase-II
(Mains) Examination, the tie will be resolved by applying the following methods one
after another:
(i) Date of Birth, with older candidates placed higher.
(ii) Alphabetical order in which names of the candidates appear.
e) Since the applications for the above post were called online only and hard copy of
application along with documents in support of their eligibility for the post was not
called from the candidates, the candidature of all the candidates is purely provisional
subject to i) verification of details submitted while filling online application and ii)
fulfillment of eligibility criteria with regard to age, essential qualification and
reservation etc. The selected candidates must submit all documents in original in
support of their eligibility for the above post at the time of joining or documents
verification. If at any stage (even after appointment) it is found that the candidate is
not fulfilling the eligibility criteria for the post or has appeared in the Phase-I, Phase-II
and Phase-III examinations in violation of the instructions or has submitted false
declaration/certificates, his/her candidature shall be summarily rejected.
