Table above shows the 5-year results of the National Achievement Test in Grade VI. It reveals that MPS

for the 5 years is fluctuating. For SY 2008-2009 MPS which is 88.27% was decreased to 85.03% in the

following school year. After which, it was increased to 91.22% for SY 2010-2011. School Year 2011-2012

there was a decreased again of MPS from 91.22% to 77.96. Last school year, an increased was noticed from

77.96% to 79.76%.

2. Increase Grade III NAT resultsby 2% from 74.21% to 75.69%;
3. Strengthen the assessment classes through different interventions and practices.
