In accordance with DepEd Memo - OASOPS No. 77 s. 2023 titled

"Reiteration of the Implementation of Modular Distance Learning as
Provided in DepEd No. 037 s. 2022," the undersigned informs your good
office the conduct of Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) in our school
beginning April 22 to May 3, 2024: in-person classes from 7:00 AM to 11:20
AM and modular distance learning from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This is to
reduce the discomfort caused by the higher heat index and summer heat
being experienced by our teachers and pupils.

In addition, the undersigned advocates passionately for the provision of

learning support tools for the health of learners in order to improve their
overall well-being.
