The rate for all BOQ item shall include providing, constructing, fabricating, fixing, executing, applying, as applicable and additionally as
otherwise stated against the specific items shall include all materials, labor, efforts, plant and equipment, complete in all respects, as per drawings,
approved shop drawings, specifications, as per NEC, NFPA 70 & NEMA, various applicable stipulations of the contract documents,
miscellaneous details, as per instructions and as directed by the Engineer. All samples shall be procured and provided by the contractor at his own
cost for approval by the Engineer.
Road pole lighting (5 Km)
16050g Supply & Installation of mild steel tubular swaged/welded Silver Job 50 -
enameled painted Road light single arm pole of overall length
10Mtrs having 3 steps and dimension of 250x100x75mm & tube
thickness 6-5-4mm respectively for fixing road light complete with
M.S. baseplate having 20mm thickness and 300sqmm long curved
bracket with 800mm radius for mounting light fixture with all
required civil works (including PCC foundations wherever required
as per relevant standards and as per instructions) with suitable
precautions for ensuring prevention from insects/verms , proper
water proof-termination of cables and wires completed in a neat and
satisfactory manner including earth rod copper cladded steel 200mm
connected with pole through Rope/wire complete in all respect as
Approved by The Engineer.

Pole for use with High Pressure Sodium Vapor 250W light as Philips
SGP 338 SON -T 250W lamp including housing cum reflector of
deep drawn aluminum, powder coated in grey color outside and all
electrical accessories such as energy efficient copper ballast,
electronic igniter, power factor improvement capacitor etc., are pre-
wired up to a terminal block and mounted on a specially designed
detachable gear plate. Conformance to IP 54 protection complete in
all respect as Approved by The Engineer.(Philips)

16070 Supply and fixing of Junction box concealed in foundation with Job 40 -

thick MS sheet cable looping box with the existing pole with MS
clamp made out of 25mmx3mm thick flat iron with suitable nuts and
bolts complete with hinged cover and locking screws earth studs
neoprene gasket suitable for pole mounted including supply and
fixing one no 6 Amp MCB carrier with base and 4 way + Grounding
60 Amp terminal block suitable to receive PVC armored cable fixed
on suitable size Bakelite sheet base complete with connection
painting as required, complete in all respect as Approved by The
Engineer .

16040 Supply and fixing of PVC pipe sleeve 40 mm dia Nominal 2.5 meter Job 40 -

tubular pole glands, nuts, bolts, required accessories for providing
supply to the street lights as required as approved by The Engineer.

16030d Supply, laying, glanding, termination, testing and commissioning of Rft 1,840.00 -
the following sizes of 600/1000V grade PVC insulated and PVC
sheathed armored copper stranded conductor 4core 16mm.sq power
cable and 6mm.sq copper cable as ECC connected to grounding pit
/ECP in pre-laid 40mm conduit ,complete as required as per
specifications as approved by the Engineer. (Pakistan, New Age
Cable or equivalent as approved by The Engineer)

Transformer
16010 Design, fabrication ,manufacturing, supply installation testing and Job 5 -
commissioning of 200KVA , ,11KV/415V/230V,impedence 6% or
specified/suitable by IEC,DYN-11, outdoor power transformer
according to BSS-171,IEC-76 or VDE-0532 specifications including
all external radiating tubes, oil filling, HV/LV porcelain bushings,
conservator , silica gel breather, thermometer pocket with
thermometer, Offload tap changer, imported double float buchkholz
relay, pressure relief vent, and drainage valves lifting lugs etc. with
all installation and operation accessories and making oil pit and
protection relays ,temperature alarm & devices, and separate two
grounding systems for neutral and body ground with 3mtr copper
road ,CC foundation as per design and required as per site as per
tender specification and as desired by The Engineer including
submission of technical sheet.(PEL or equivalent as approved by The
Engineer)
