RE STRENTHENING OF THE MIND POST-

PANDEMIC
Good morning to the teachers and all those to whom this video has reached my name is Suyash
Chauhan and I am a student of Kv iit jhalwa allhabad and under the fir india week I am going to
speak on the topic of re strengthening of mind post pandemic for the students, teachers and the
staff who looks after us at our schools.
First of all we have to understand “ WHAT IS A POST PANDEMIC SITUATION” according to
WHO In the post-pandemic period, cases and outbreaks due to the virus are expected to
continue to occur disproportionately, we have to take care of ourselves and the people
around us after the pandemic too.
l it has been a very tough year for all the students and teachers and everyone across the
world and it has taught us many htiings so to look at the brighter side we haven’t been
locked because our minds and our imaginations were set free.
After the schools open we have to have completely different approach both socially and
emotionally as school is the place we interact with new people but the norms of social
distancing is completely different and we have to respect it for the betterment of everyone.
What all we can do to strengthen our mind is meditation and yoga which is an excellent
way to keep both mind and body healthy. And if you are too energetic and cant focus in
meditation then try doing exercises early morning which will be equally good for you.
Also eating good, nutritious food is very important aspect to keeping ur mind and body
healthy eating fruits and green vegetables are not only good for body but also for your
mind as these things are very light for you body to absorb
It is a challenging time as the environment will be completely different from what we have
seen from our childhood as we all say ONLY PERMANENT THING IS CHANGE so we
have to accept the change and act according to it.
But the role of the teacher has not been fully understood during this crisis. Teachers are as
important as health workers because they are looking after the mental, emotional and social
health of children at home.
So to conclude I would like to say that we have won the fight but the war is still not over so we
have to lookafter ourselves and our beloved ones and keep our mind and body heathly for all the
upcoming challenges in our life.
