In performing our assignment, it is successful one who had to take the help
and guideline of some respected person.
First of all, we are grateful to Allah SWT who gives us a healthy mental and
physical during completing this assignment. The completion of the report gives us
much pleasure and will encourage us in the future. But it is our credit to this
endeavour.
However, it would not have been possible without the kind support and
encouragement from our beloved lecturer, Miss Nur Nadhirah. I would like to extend
our sincere appreciation to her for giving us an opportunity to do this assigment on
the right path. She has sacrificed her time to guide us in order to follow the criteria
needed in this report and make necessary corrections as and when needed.

2.0 HOW TO BE HEALTHY

Being healthy is not just about being physically fit. It is also very important to be
physically, mentally and socially healthy. Good health gives us more energy and
productivity. Each of us strives to be healthy and fit. But you have to work hard to stay
healthy and fit.The feeling of taking care of the body and being healthy only comes to mind
when we are suffering from health problems. A healthy body helps us stay stress-free, and by
staying stress-free we can live our lives healthily and happily.
In our fast-paced, hectic lifestyle, any serious health issues that arise in our lives are
of great concern to us. Stress and problems have become a part of our hectic and hectic lives.
It upsets the balance. our mind and body. In our busy lives, we don't even have time to take
care of ourselves. This neglect of our health makes our body clumsy and creates many health
problems for us.
Neglecting health is the cause of our discomfort. We realize this when we suffer
from various health problems. Our physical immunity decreases and we are therefore easily
susceptible to any kind of disease. Keeping our bodies healthy and fit takes a lot of patience
and effort. It's certainly difficult, but it's not impossible.We ourselves need to be aware of our
health. Therefore, we have to use many strategies to stay healthy. To stay healthy, here are
some measures that will help you stay healthy.
For a healthy body, we should include healthy foods in our diet. We should include
green leafy vegetables, grains, legumes, fruits, etc. in our diet. These foods contain vitamins,
proteins, minerals and other nutritious foods. , which are important and necessary for our
development, all these components are contained in these foods. We should avoid eating junk
food and drinking cold drinks as they do not contain nutrients.These foods are only good for
taste, but they are very harmful to our health. These are the main reason for our obesity
problem, which is why many people suffer from it today.
A healthy mind and thoughts reside in a healthy body. Positive thinking also
boosts our health as it helps us get rid of negativity and unwanted stress in our mind and
body. State of health of the body.
