-a project vision document is an idealistic view
of the desired outcomes to be produced for the
business after successful project completion.
-it is a vivid description of what the business
will be like to inspire the project beneficiaries to
initiate the project.
2 Function
-Its aim is to guide, motivate and inspire the
people working on the project.
-The vision statement is not supposed to give
directions on how the team should act in any
situation, but instead relays the core values and
the end goal.
3 Pros
-it allows to communicate the project’s vision in
a clear and concise manner.
- team or individual team members can make
decisions that best serve the project.
-it inspires new action or solutions to achieve
the desired result.
