1. Discuss the functions of GPU.

Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) it is a computer chip that perform a mathematical

calculation needed to display the image so that the user can be viewed it and it only
focused on graphics. GPU's are usually used in embedded systems.

2. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using GPU.

The advantage of using GPU it is typically tent to generate a good deal of heat, and
it has a capacity to support a minimum of 256 colors. GPU's are much faster in
graphics related and the parts of the graphics pipeline may be reused. The
disadvantage of using GPU are it communicate slower because it is only on desktop
and without special connectors. GPU are becomes slower than CPU and it can't
drive itself it needs a CPU to be controlled.

3. Why GPU is important in our computer?

It is important because it help to rapidly manipulate and alter memory to accelerate

the creation of image intended for output to a display device. The usage of GPU in
our computer is very important because we could not view media content and
presentation without GPU. For example the picture and video we see on our
computer screen it is because of the GPU. That's the reason why the GPU is really
important.
