1. Outcome
Ability to design multipurpose products to be manufactured using hand tools in the workshop.
Ability to select suitable processes, raw materials, hand tools, measuring instrument and PPE.

2. Introduction
Students are expected to do a report in group.

2.1 Concepts
Basic metal cutting and sheet metalworking

2.2 Principles / methods

Design and select suitable process, material, hand tools and PPE to produce the product.

3. Limitation
There are a few limitation :
3.1 Manufacturing process.
Basic metal cutting and sheet metalworking are the processes to be used to produce
the product.
3.2 Product size
Maximum product size is 30 cm (length) x 30 mm (width) x 30 cm (height)
3.3 Raw material : Mild steel and GI sheet metal
3.5 Group members : 4~5 members.
