1. Klaus introduce mounting order, PPT will be renewed and send it to us.
2. Products intro.：Caro-Bull, Caro-Cool,Caro-Vac,Caro-Tec
Caro-Bull：We have to provide the size of the shot sleeve, Klaus will go back and ask designers if they can make the size fits.
Caro-Cool：The effect of cooling is well, and the internal parts can be replaced with the same diameter.
Caro-Vac：The sealing is good and it is not easy to have aluminum goes in it.
Caro-Tec：The Copper part can be reworked, rework the outer ring smaller and to be reusable.
3. Suggest us using the lubrication system when the shot sleeve diameter is over 75mm.
Caro-Prometa's shot sleeve can be adjusted by various materials, the ability range will be at
Ø40mm~210mm, using H7 tolerance level.
Klaus's suggestion: 1. Use the powder.
2. Change the oil dropping spot.(Attached)。
3. Use their products.(Caro-Cool)

4. Recommand us to look at the Europe standards and specifications, control operating, shot sleeve and tooling's temperature.
5. Ask Robert Knorre for the advie of high-stucture die-casting part .
6. San: Any suggestions for shot sleeve maintenance?
Klaus: Clean it by using a Brass brush but a good lubricate system will never leaves particles inside;
In Europe we use machine arms to spoon out the molten metal, design 3 kinds of different path
to stop damaging the same spot in the shot sleeve.
7. Test Plan: Purchase 3 kinds of plunger tips.
Select 350t, 250t, 125t each one for testing, the test result must be paper recorded.
Report must have: Project number, purchase number, data chart, usage and lifetime.
If we buy Caro-Prometa's product next year, we will track the condition and reported to Klaus weekly.

8. When purchased Caro-Prometa's product, how can we inspect the size?
Klaus：I'll check the size , the tolerance is classify.
9. If we buy the Caro-Cool tip do we need to use their shot sleeve?
Klaus：Give us the shot sleeve drawings, we will design the tip that fits the size of shot sleeve.
10. Klaus's Test Plan:
Test 1：Caro-Bull-V New Omega design (Existing equipment)
Test 2：Caro-Cool & Caro-Vac-2
Caro-Cool Ø78→Size2, 70~75L/Min, Max 35 degrees
Lifetime：60,000 shots for 1 spare part set.

which they quote and discuss it in the next meeting.
