WEEK 2: COMMITMENT
NAME OF TEACHER: RYN A. CALASAGSAG

WHAT I LEARNED? ACTION PLAN FOR THE WEEK:

Commitment is a very promising
word… literally. Before someone
can commit the individual must
make a promise to oneself to do
whatever it takes to meet a certain
goal in mind. In adherence, the
individual now creates tasks or mini
goals to reach that the end goal. And
here comes the committing part for
commitment does is not envision in
the beginning or end of the goal, but
in the entirety of the whole endeavor.
Commitment is from start to finish,
commitment is the labor,
commitment is what we are glorified
for. No one I any history is
remembered for winning a billion in
the lottery, but memento is honored
for those who worked so hard in
order to earn it.
Most important step in committing is a solid mind set. I
intend to start small. The cup of coffee, the daily log ins,
the screen shots of my daily accomplishments, the little “I
love yous”, the refrainment to skim social media every
minute, replying to work related messages, until it becomes
passive then I move up to things that requires bigger
commitment that’s the plan!
REFLECTION:
I know no one here today in our industry has made it here
and survived without having their share or tear, blood at
sweat poured in buckets. Everyone who had every
achieved anything is a fruit of their undying passion to
continue doing what ever it takes to be worthy of the price.
In the light success, commitment is the unsung hero in
shadow.

As a chorister I would like to pray with a song
