to postpartum mother

Presentation
 -Post-natal breast care for postpartum
mothers is breast care carried out for
postnatal mothers to improve blood
circulation and prevent blockage of the
ducts so as to facilitate breastfeeding.
- breast care benefits:
*maintain breast hygiene
*overcome nipples that do not come out
*stimulate milk production

Practice 1. undress and bra, warm the breasts

with a warm towel for three minutes
2. Wet hands with baby oil, massage the
nipples in an interesting way
3. Hold the base of the breast then
massage downward-upward, right-left
4. circular breast massage following the
shape of the breast, do 5-6 times each
round
5. massage the breast in a spiral from
the base to the middle of the breast,
clean the breast with warm water
