Now I know that context clues and its types. First, I learned that context clues
are words. Or bit of information in the surrounding word that helps you
understand and to know the meaning of an unknown word. second I learned
that there are five types of context clues. The five types of context clues are
definitions, example synonym antonym and inferring. I realized that I can
know the meaning of an unknown word by using context clues and Lastly I
learned how to love and appreciate our local culture.

My study habit have been a key in the development
of my academic skills specially my writing reading and
speaking skills before I don't have a good study habit
as a result of that I got a low low grade I almost cried
at time but I said to myself that I need to have a good
study habit also I realize that I need to change myself
my mother suggested that I should have a study plan
and I should follow it likewise advised me to turn off
my phone when I study after a month of having a
good study habits my parents are so happy after a
month of of having a good study habit My parents
are so happy because I got high grade I am thankful to

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED

1. After accomplishing the different tasks, I learned that verbs have different
types that can be used in expressing opinions and emotions to persuade or
convince.
2. My favourite task is completing the puzzles

Hand washing is important especially in this time of
pandemic. The department of health ought to be aware of
the importance of hand washing and I believe this will help
prevent the d[read of disease. So you must wash your
hands regularly. When washing your hands you should
follow the recommended proper handwashing techniques
advice by the ministry of health. If your not doing it
properly then you can get sick or even die. I am not scaring
you but I think it is better to tell you about this because I
am concern to you, about the safety of your own body
during this pandemic. So please, don’t forget to wash your
hands before eating or drinking anything and you must not
forget to wash your hands before going out for a walk or

because in using of adjective we can express our feelings in a way that is not too

As a minor staying at home, I feel safe and secured. I am scared on
Going outside of my house because it will be dangerous for me to go outside. I
don’t want to get infected by the corona virus or get sick. I am happy to stay in
my home because I have been able to keep myself healthy and safe from any
kind of virus. Lastly, I would like to say that I am thankful to my supportive
parents for their hardwork. They risk their lives for us by working hard even it is
dangerous to go outside and I feel so thankful for that.

- I learned that adverbs of opinions are often used to describe a person’s
attitude or behavior. They can be positive, negative or neutral
- I noticed that it is challenging to find the right words to express what you
feel and think to a certain issue if your not going to use adverbs
- I realized that adverbs of opinion are important in expressing my
emotional responses because I am able to express myself more effectively
when I have an open mind and a clear understanding of what I want to
say.

I am writing this letter to let you know about the importance of being
physically and mentally healthy. As your friend i honestly hope that we can see
each other and talk about our problems together but unfortunately we cannot
do so because of the coronavirus that is spreading all over the world.
Regardless to the virus it is really important to keep yourself healthy and stay fit
because if you don't you probably get sick or even die. I also want you to be
mentally healthy. I personally advice that you should spend their time with

-The topic shows the combined total number of medals garnered by all competing
countries in the 30th SEA games. It can be noticed that the Philippines has the
largest number of medals, while the lowest number of medal is in East Timor.
Furthermore, It can be found that there were 11 southeast asian countries
competing in the 30th SEA games.

-The line graph shows the number of daily cases and deaths in the U.S. It can be
seen that the month of July has the highest recorded total number of cases, while

The are many bad and good things that happened last year that I didn't expect but
the good thing is that it was a great experience for me and my family it's hard to
believe that we're already starting the year 2021 because of all the bad things that
happened last year. Until today we are still living in the same situation as we were
before during last year's pandemic and we also celebrated the day of christmas and
the new year differently than before because of the pandemic we have been
experiencing since then. But I am glad that we can still celebrate the christmas and
the new year with our family even though we are still having a hard time

saying how they enjoyed the holidays and what they did for fun. For us we only
celebrated our holidays in our home because it was the best way to spend our time
together during this pandemic. We were not able to go outside because we were
afraid of the virus. My parents always make sure that we are safe from the virus so
that we don't get sick.
Actually the original plan of my family was to go out with our relatives but my
family decided to cancel it. Even though it got canceled it still made me happy and
satisfied that I don't have to worry about the virus that is spreading around us. I
thought that if we had a chance to go outside our holiday would have been more
fun and more enjoyable but I realize that our holiday this time is more memorable
because it's our first time to celebrate it in our home.
during our preparation time of our foods to eat for the noche buena. I help in
preparing the food my mom helps me cleaning our mess and making sure that
everything are clean. My sister prepares the decorations while I'm setting up our
karaoke. My dad goes out to buy a cake and we all have some fun together singing
and dancing. We also enjoy the foods that we prepared and lastly, we exchange gifts
with each other. We also did the same thing during the new year's eve and all we
also have some fun during that time. We make sweets and my aunt and uncle came
over to give us our ampao.
if I were ask to give a phrase that describes my holiday this year my answer would
be the “the best of all the best”. I realize that we don't have to go outside to have
an enjoyable holiday. We can have some fun in our home and celebrate the holiday
together with our family. Now, let's talk about myself during last year. Actually I
have a lot of regrets but I do enjoy my time last year. To be honest last year 2020 is
really a bad year for me and I hope that this year 2021 will be filled with happiness
and joy let's start a year right this time and lastly let's be happy together

3. We can agree or disagree politely in someone’s opinion by using expression for

4. It is important to express yourself correctly. You should be able tp express

personally think that having the vaccine can make a big difference for all of us. I
believe that vaccines are very effective in preventing the transmission of

Now, the question is how do you know if the vaccine is safe? I think there are many
ways to tell if the vaccine is save

I'd like to point out that vaccine is always needed especially now as we know that
the world has become more dangerous and less safe than ever before. I know that
many people got traumatized by the then dengvaxia vaccine. I believe that most of
us are scared because they think that it is not safe and it will only bring harm to our
body. Remember, vaccines are studied extensively in the field of medicine it takes
time for a vaccine to be tested and then used so that there is no risk of serious side
effects

In conclusion I believe that vaccine is necessary because it can help prevent the
transmission of coronavirus. I think there's no need to worry about the vaccine
being harmful to anyone. With this vaccine we can get rid of the virus. Always
remember that even though we already have the vaccine we still have to take
precautions and don't rely too much on the vaccine.

1. The idea of attending marriages in an extravagant manner is needless. Luxuries
or not, the wedding is all the same. Regardless of the effort invested to make it
works, they both have ideals.
2. I do not agree with the idea that the biggest benefits should be only obtained
by the first son. I believe that the daughter must be treated in the same way as
her older brother. Both of them are the parent’s children so they have to give
them blessings and treat them equally.
3. Arranged marriage doesn’t really work everytime. that’s why I prefer a real
and genuine one. Arranged marriage are totally different to a real and genuine
marriage. Most of the arranged marriage ended to separation while in a real one
most of them ended to a happy ending. In a real and genuine marriage, you
cannot get married with your partner without getting married for love unlike in

-I agree that the bullies should not be tolerated and on the other hand the
bullied should stand up for themselves and fight for what they believe in. I think
that the best way to solve this problem is to call the parents of the bully as well
as the parents of the bullied. Both parents of the bully and the bullied are
responsible for their children’s behavior but it doesn’t mean that all parents of
the bullies are a bad influence to their children.

-I agree with that because for me same with the victims of bullying, it is really a
tough world for us. I know that it is not easy for me also for the victims to deal in
such situations but we can do something about it. Although it is har, we should
still try to do our best and try to make sure that we are doing everything is right.
