Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

We are scheduled to have a Parent Teacher Meeting for 3rd and 6th year students followed
by a parents’ information evening on Monday November 8th. As we have not received
guidance otherwise from the department of education, these meetings will be held virtually.

Through your child’s KWETB email account you will be sent invitations to 6-minute meetings
with each of your child’s teachers between 4.10 and 6.25 on Monday November 8 th 2021.
Please let us know in advance if you will not be able to attend the PTM by emailing your
relevant yearhead

For 3rd year students you and your child will then be invited to an information evening
regarding their options of TY or LCA in September 2022. It is really important that you
attend as your child will be required to apply for one of these courses by Jan 13 th 2022.
