The teacher should master how to use this new system and make use of
it every time they will compute. And they should know also how to compute
it into percentage.
Yes.
5. Did you like the experience of computing grades? Why or why not?
In the K-12 curriculum, a student’s grade is based on his/ her written work,
performance task and quarterly assessment. The weighs of the components (written work,
performance task and quarterly assessment) vary among groups of subjects from Grade 1
to 10 and from Grade 11 and 12. It is based on percentage according to the respective
subjects
As a future teacher I must equip with all those knowledge so that when I’ll become a
teacher I have something to share with my learners. I know k to 12 is learner centered,
geared towards the holistic development of the individuals and is constructivist in nature
very elaborate, that’s why I should master everything. These will really enable the Filipino
graduate become a globally competitive individual employable worldwide. Inspiring, soul-
stirring, heart-throbbing! How excited I am to witness the graduation of the pioneer K to 12
graduates. That day would be a blockbuster day. There is really no escape for the k to 12
graduates to become globally employable.
