Project. This includes leading the planning and the development of all Research /
Capstone Project deliverables. The project manager is responsible for the budget, work
plan and all Project Management Procedures (scope management, issues management,
risk management, etc.). He is responsible for the success of the entire activity.

• Systems Analyst / Database Designer (SA/DD) – the person who checks that all parts of
the system are coordinated. The person who makes sure that the database design is
complete and robust. He coordinates well with the PM.

• Network Designer / UI Designer (ND/UID) – The person who masters the system’s
network design and prepares the User-Interface design (Forms/ Screen Shots/
Storyboard). He coordinates well with the SA/DD.

• Software Engineer / Programmer (SE/P) - The person who design, write, and test
computer programs. He coordinates well with the ND/UID.

• QA Tester/ Technical Writer (QA/TW) - A person who ensures the quality of the

PRE-PROPOSAL STATEMENT FORM

1.Online Project Management System

Project Title: 2.E-Voting Application for School Election
3. Web base Scholarship Management System for IFSU college of
CCS
Proponents/Researchers: 1.Claridel Claudette Teñoso
2.Eugene Manuel
3.Manuel Maya ag Jr.
Scope of the Study: 1.Online Project Management System
-web-base application that provides the convenience for
people who would like to work together although they are in
different place at that time. So users can have their account and
login to the websites. The users can also create the project and
invite the other users to come to work together. The users will be
able to upload, download and delete the files within the project that
they have the right to access. The System will send a notification to
the members if there is someone in the project makes change on the
files.

2. E-Voting Application for School Election

-As we know in urban regions presently a day the
voting framework is getting most complicated as it were since of the
person’s personality. They as it were have the voting card as
a verification of distinguishing proof. So there are parcels of chances of
fake voting. To maintain a strategic distance from this we
are creating this venture which is able store the personality of the
voters utilizing android portable application This framework will get otp
for login utilizing voters ID and coordinate confirm put away database.
After that OTP (One- Time Watchword) is created and send to the
voters enlisted portable number. At that point the voter is approved and
he is allowed to do the voting. This is
often exceptionally quick and supportive procedure to do
the confirmation of the voters. This will moreover diminish voter’s time
to stand in line for doing vote.

3. Web base Scholarship Management System for IFSU college of

CCS
- This venture is created for a grant office of a college.
The grant division handles the grants endorsed by the government
to different understudies of the colleges. It computerizes all
the exchanges of grant division like issuing
of shapes, accommodation of shapes, and authorize from college
and dispersion to the understudies.
This venture serious to diminish the overwhelming printed material,
which is something else included, within
the manual framework. Distinctive sorts of reports are generated.
At display the college maintains manual records, within the shape of
registers, records, etc. to store the grant subtle elements of
the understudies. Modern grants to be
issued, includes overwhelming printed material. It too leads
to information excess. Ex. Understudies subtle elements are recorded
in different records. To overcome all these we
are creating this Grant Data System. To give greatest administrations to
the clients. To decrease the errors and the paper work that happens within
the manual system.
Limitations of the This System is not applicable for other universities.
Study: This study system is for mobile use only and not for land base.
• Program Specification
1. The faculty evaluation system used a local network
connection. It has one server where all the rating entry
would store in the database server.

• Software Specification

1. The researchers select this software specification to the

develop their project. They used Windows 10 or latest
Project version or an open source operating system to ensure that
Design/Development the user of the system is comfortable in performing the
Plan: evaluation process.

• Hardware Specification
1. The researcher selected this hardware specification to be
compatible for their software specification. They used
higher processor for faster executable of the system.
