1. In order to utilize, implement and liquidate the budget for this school year, and to allocate funds from
MOOE this office will conduct a meeting on the preparation and crafting of the Work and Financial Plan.
2. The persons involved were the following : School head, Adminstrative assistants, School treasurer
3. The persons involved are hereby instructed to plan, allocate, funds from the MOOE for the activities and
programs of the school.
4. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is enjoined.
