    Find two examples of rejected system due to interface. Answer following questions for each of them.
    a. What was the main cause of failure of the system? (Marks 5 + 5)

    b. Attach the interface image of the system. (Marks 5+5)

    c. Define the failure cause with respect to the system acceptability attributes (at least discuss 5
    attributes). (Marks 15+15)
