Client : Leading US-based Water Technology Company (Common for all projects)
Description : Reverse Engineering – UV Filter Tool : Autodesk Inventor
Roles and responsibilities :
 Generate 3D Model and Drawing of the physical sample by using manual measurement method.
 Generate 3D Model and Drawing from 3D scanned part for complex physical sample.
 Follow up with vendor for delivery of scanned part and to discuss any discrepancy in scanning.
 Responsible for quality checks for customer deliverables and review meetings.
 Regular interaction with client for product input and clarification.

Project 2
Description : NPD - Membrane Filtration (MBR) System
Tool : AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Ansys Workbench, and Robot Structural Analysis
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Generate P&ID from scratch for complete system and individual components.
 Create 3D Model for the various concept design and submit it to the client for their approval.
 After approval of the concept detailed design was done.
 FEA of Membrane Tank design under various loading conditions and update the design accordingly.
 Generate GA drawing and Fabrication Drawings for the complete system.
 Upload all the 3D Models and drawing set on the vault after the client approval.
 Regular interaction with client and customer for product input, design change validation and PSR.
Project 3
Description : VAVE - Evaporator Redesign Tool : Autodesk Inventor & Ansys
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Explore & generate various concepts/solutions in order to reduce the overall cost by around 20%.
 Create a representation Model for various concepts and presented it to the client for their approval.
 After approval of the concept detailed design was done and drawings given to vendors for quotes.
 Prototype and testing were done to validate the design at client’s location.
 Coordinated with R&D and Manufacturing team during prototyping and testing.
 Regular interaction with client for product input, concept approval, PSR, and other clarification.

Project 4
Description : Gas Feeder & Standard DAF System Tool : Autodesk Inventor & Solidworks
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Create 3D models, Assembly, and Drawings of components of gas feeder & standard DAF system.
 Use of inbuilt functions like i-logic, frame generation, and pipe routing to minimize the total time.
 Final Model and output drawing and Bill of Material for a complete package delivered to the client.
 Responsible for quality checks for customer deliverables and weekly review meetings with the client
