IX. Impact Assessment Plan

Only 3% of the waters here on Earth is freshwater. 98% of this is found in
groundwater. That’s why, access to clean potable water is very hard especially
for those who live in a very populous area and those who are far from the water
source. That’s why I’ve come up with this project since we all know that water is
very essential for us, human beings, to live. In partnership with the DENR, we
hope to make clean water inclusive and accessible for all. Cleaning the water
sources could also help in preventing floods since we all these sediments block
the water flow making the area flooded. With this project, plants will also be
benefited and the economy of Baguio will surely increase (since we all know
their economy depends on planting crops) because the crops are watered with
clean water and it will grow healthy and beautifully.
Another impact of this project is that. Students will have a sense of
sensitivity and love for our nature. They will know and appreciate the
importance of water and how to conserve it.
