How do we know what type of team structure a certain team is?
1. If I created a team which is tasked to figure out a way to reduce the time taken to open a new cash
management account, what kind of team structure I must have?
2. If I am a professor teaching accounting to undergraduate students who reports to the director of
undergraduate programs as well as the head of the accounting department, what kind of team
structure I am in?
