ble to depression. Tolerance, patience, and the advantages of diversity will arise from making sure our c
ommunity is inclusive and attentive to all stakeholders, such as our college's students and employees. As 
a result, everyone has the chance to learn about one another's problems and provide solutions that are 
specific to their needs.

Students, support staff, families, and members of the community working together ensures that all stud

stakeholders understand the school culture and what it means, having a clear, concise purpose for the s
chool might be beneficial.Repetition of good behavioural patterns builds a strong culture. School leaders 
may begin to create that change by setting an example and recognizing students who go above and bey
ond. Repeatedly being kind and empathetic, inclusive of everyone, and not standing for bullying become
s the norm.
