HIGH SCHOOL DEPARTMENT

A. POSITION: Departmental Technical Support

Basic Qualification: Faculty Member of the Assigned Department


Skilled in Video making and video recording
Recommended Compensation: Honorarium
Nature of Appointment: Temporary, Renewable based on recommendation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the conduct of video / audio recording of lectures within the department.
2. Prepares the master schedule of video / audio recording per term to ensure that all faculty
members have recorded videos for their lectures. Submits the schedule to the department
Head.
3. Assist faculty members in the technical aspect of video / audio recording.
4. Coordinates with the ICT team for the use of the audio video room when necessary.
5. Ensures the quality of video / audio to be presented to the students have been approved by
the department head prior to uploading.
6. Keeps the recorded videos in file available for use.
7. Coordinates with the LMS Course manager of the department for the uploading of the videos
in the LMS or you tube.
8. Provide technical assistance with equipment operation, set up of venue and video editing.
9. Submits summary report of videos recorded by faculty members to the department head
weekly for monitoring and evaluation.

B. POSITION: Departmental Laboratory In-Charge


Basic Qualification: Faculty Member of the Assigned Department
Recommended Compensation: 18 Teaching Loads
Nature of Appointment: Temporary, Renewable based on recommendation
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Takes care of the High School Science Laboratory and all TVL Laboratory (Industrial Arts, BPP,
Tourism) regularly
2. Performs daily, weekly, and monthly Preventive Maintenance procedure.
3. Ensures the safe and ecologically accepted procedure of disposing used chemical and wastes
for Science laboratory.
4. Coordinate with the ICT office for the computer and technical equipment.
5. Attends regular meeting and convocations in relation to his administrative function.
6. Performs other related functions as may be required by the Academic Coordinator/School
Administrator.
7. You will meet the deadline set for the submission of reports and other documents as required.
8. You will attend all faculty meetings, academic convocations and such other official school
activities at which your attendance will be requested by the President or his duly constituted
representative
9. It is understood that you cannot withdraw your last pay at the end of the school year unless
prior clearance has been obtained from department head concerned.
10.You will serve the entire duration of this contract. However, if you decide to discontinue your
services in the school until provision shall make you liable for damages for breach of contract
and will be sufficient ground for forfeiture of any claim and benefit shall may be accruing from
the school.
11.You abide faithfully with the regulations and By-laws of the school and conduct yourself with
the highest degree of professionalism worthy of a leader.
12.Perform other duties and responsibilities as mandated by the school President or his duly
constituted representative.
