Educational Travel and Tours is a well-known travel agency with IATA and IFTA accreditation. We
provide travel services to our clients and ensure that they have appropriate lodging at an affordable
price through a strong network.

We gather from your request for quotation that you are looking for tour package specifications for
your Educational Tour in Quezon, Province, including lodging and excursions to tourist places with
50 participants scheduled from February 02 to February 05, 2022.The following are the details of
our pricing:

₱10,999 per person for the promo package

 4 days and 3 nights at Ouans the Farm Resort are included in the package.
 Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served every day.
 The cost of transportation from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport.
 Tours, excluding entrance fees to tourist attractions

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If the proposal is accepted within 24 hours, there will be no cancellation fee.

• You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your proposal being
accepted.

• You will be charged a 25% cancellation fee if you cancel within 72 hours of your proposal being
accepted.

• You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel within 96 hours of receiving your
proposal.

• You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee if you cancel after 96 hours of your proposal being
accepted.

General Term and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the relationship between you, the client, and
Educational Travel & Tours. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by booking a
tour. To the best of our knowledge, all of the information provided above is correct, and we have
published it in proper purpose.

1. Within 24 hours of receiving your booking request, ET&T consultants will begin assisting you
in creating a pleasant tour plan based on your specific needs and interests.
2. It is strongly advised that you book your tour at least 30 days in advance of your departure
date.
3. Only half of the pre-paid tours will be confirmed. Rates are subject to change without notice
at any moment.
4. To secure their airline ticket and the 50% non-refundable deposit for the hotel + tour
package, our clients who purchase their tickets through us must deposit the whole amount
of the ticket to our account.
5. Inability to pay on or before the given option date will result in the booking being
automatically canceled. Please be aware that ET&T will not be held liable for bookings that
are automatically cancelled due to a payment failure on or before the option date.
6. Cancellations, postponements, changes, and amendments must be made at least one
month prior to the scheduled departure date.
7. We are not liable for any commitments made by ET&T that are not in writing. We will not
refund or swap any unused portion of the tour after it has started.
8. Travel insurance is not included in the ET&T tour package. We strongly advise you to
purchase your own full-coverage travel insurance.
9. ET&T shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or irregularity to our client's
property as a result of events beyond our control.
 10. Only the services listed on the Sales Invoice will be provided.
11. All hotel and resort reservations booked on our site are fully paid in advance.
12. There will be no reimbursements if clients decide to shorten their stay at the resort, hotel,
or tour package we have prepared for them.
