Hi Sir,

We would like to inform that the installation of temporary barrier had been completed already prior to the
dismantling of the existing lamp posts and perimeter fence at Pier 3 for TIPSI Temporary Unloading Facility.

In this connection, we are requesting for the start of the dismantling works for the abovementioned scope of
work including the electrical line and supply disconnection today, February 6, 2019. Moreover, we would like
to inform also that we will be posting a security guard from FFCRUZ along the perimeter of the area for the
duration of the dismantling works.

Attached on this letter are the Hotwork Permit, Work Permit and Site Plans for the said activities for your
reference.
