Mobilization
The activities on this project covers the

It includes Temporary Terminal Fencing,
pavement works and truckpave ● As of Feb 28, 2019, 49,788 cumulative cu.m of sand were unload to the offshore
(Required cu.m 371,205.84, progress is 13.41%)

● 1008 m / 1008 m length of H -Piles were driven for TIPSI Temporary Load- out
Facility at Pier 3, 100% complete Unloading of Sandfill materials
(Cumulative Volume = 49,788 cu.m) on February 28, 2019

● Tire Fender is 100% installed, horizontal support flanges are partially fully weld
and Walkway and Stairs & Railings are on-going

Identification of Long Lead Items=
CONTRACTOR to submit deliverables lists including all materials whose delivery
period is 5 weeks or more.
COMPANY RAISE CONCERN ABOUT SLOW PROGRESS FOR SUBMITTALS
AS PER EOT & ACTION PLAN the new dates for SHOP DRAWINGS on 21 APRIL
2015 And MATERIAL 28 MAR 2015
COMPANY inform CONTRACTOR that existing villa dismantling items list (with
GSD signature) should be submitted to GSD

COMPANY RAISED concern about delays in subcontractor approvals drawings &


materials approvals for swimming pool ,PQ submitted by DTF no 0272 on 23-2-
2015 also for ANTITERMITE its approved and LANDSCAPING to be done by EDICO

BOUNDARY WALL drawings submitted via DTF no 332 on 11-3-2015 approved B


on 18-3-2015,Design calculation submitted on 18-3-2015 via DTF 348. It was
resubmitted via DTF 433, DATED 07-04-2015 with received status C dated 12-
04-2015
Approved Senior Structural Engineer should attend the Progress Meeting
EDICO pointed outh that SPECIFICATION being used by the COMPANY
ENGINEERING TEAM is different for those issued to EDICO as part of CONTRACT
DOCUMENT DOSSIER and shall be provided to COMPANY ENGINEERING TEAM to
avoid further conflict to this effect
