PT. OSAII committed to develop and execute the project execution plan for the bid
Valve Maintenance Repair Services STC-0603 to achieve the excellent valve
maintenance and repair result with safely completion of the job to the client of
Pertamina PHE ONWJ Ltd.

The project execution plan will be ready to start within 1 (one) month after the bid
awarded to our company, the commitment of readiness operations of valve
maintenance repair services will cover the following items:

Administration
Performance bond

HSE Plan

The main target of PT. OSAII HSE Plan and Execution are:

Maintenance Repair Services Plan

Information data obtained from the pre-bid meeting and bid document, the total active
valves in Pertamina PHE ONWJ Ltd. as follows:
Total Valves : 14,000 Ea
PSV : 3,000 Ea

Planning of 50% from the total valves will be the base of maintenance management
plan for this project execution planning as the winner will be 2 (two) contractors.

Note:
Manpower loading is based on 12 hours offshore work with schedule 2:1 and 2 shift
working schedule at our valve workshop Cikarang.

PT. OSAII has prepared the plan and ready to start the work for valve maintenance
repair services with completion of the following items:
 HSE Management System Commitment with fully support from Top
Management to achieve excellent work and complete the job safely.
 Availability of Competent Manpower Resources.
 Availability of Professional Workshop Equipment Facilities, Offshore Tools
and Valve Management Performance to support the contract.
 Manufacturer support from Dresser for the PSV and Control Valve.
