350th anniversary of Springfield, Massachusetts. The breakfast has been held every year since
then. Hundreds of volunteers help with the event. In 1999, more than 71,233 servings of

Today's employees are not afraid of responsibility. Most people are willing to take on extra

responsibility should come more authority to independently carry out some important task.
5. Managing job and family is not simple. Both commitments make strong demands on people
and are sometimes in direct opposition to each other. Saying yes to one means saying no to
the other, and stress can often result. Being realistic and creating a balance in life can help set
priorities.
