KEY ACTIVITIES
We are doing a coconut oil manufacturing business. We are planning to be in
contact with the farmer who can supply us coconut in large quantity with high
quality in low price, so that we can balance our quality, quantity, and price
because we have to produce a high-quality product at a low price. Our aim is to
improve the sustainability of coconut farming - to protect nature, the livelihoods
of smallholder farmers and the communities that depend on it. Our products will
be based on ingredients that are natural, organic or sourced ethically or
sustainably. We are also planning to have our own CSR (Corporate Social
Responsibility) policies for the employees. To engage with local communities
to constantly work towards tangible and sustainable social, economic and
environmental development.

KEY RESOURCES

The extraction of VCO form fresh coconut kernel, which has high nutritional
value. The oil has the natural sweet taste of coconut. Virgin coconut oil is a
major source of Lauric Acid and Vitamin E. Extracted from Fresh Coconut
Milk; 100% Natural, Cold Pressed & Unrefined.

VALUE PROPOSOTIONS
The extraction of VCO with or without heat has numerous nutritional and
functional advantages over the solvent and mechanical extraction processes and
the quality of extracted VCO also superior, particularly with respect to color
and aroma. Virgin Coconut Oil is high in calories that should be combined in a
healthy diet & then exercise for the benefits of weight loss. It has the following:
antiviral properties, anti-fungal properties, and also anti-bacterial properties.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP

• Our primary market would be the wholesale segment. We chose to do


our brand advertising by connecting various influencers from different
backgrounds like Fitness, Lifestyle, Food, Health & Nutrition.

• We believe that as long as we remain close to our consumer’s needs and


desires, business will be a natural result, so we are also planning to have an
online website where the customers can purchase our product and customers
can also give their suggestions and feedback.

CHANNELS

We are also planning to register our brand in a business-to-business platform


like Indiamart, Tradeindia, Alibaba, etc. and also in a business-to-customer
platform like Amazon, Bigbasket, Filpkart, etc.

CUSTOMERS SEGMENT
The virgin coconut oil is considered to be the high-value coconut product for its
nutraceutical benefits and functional food. The factors such as the growing
perception regarding virgin coconut oil being healthier than other oils among
the general population, rising consumer spending on functional food and
beverages, and increasing interest in nourishing lifestyle and increasing intake
of omega fatty acid are further expected to propel the market growth. The virgin
coconut oil market has been segmented into Beauty and Cosmetics, Food &
Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, and Others.
