ACTIVITY 7– Organizational Change

Building an agreeable culture in the work environment is straightforwardly identified with the
cycle of significant worth driven human frameworks. The act of Organizational Development is an
advancing cycle that features the future improvement of the association. Advancement is maybe the most
far-reaching methodology for supervisors. It includes every one of the exercises and levels of the board in
continuous projects that react to interior and outer powers.

What I like about this topic is the “Factors in making the Decision to Empower” which stated
that the strengthening prompts added esteem when workers and directors are together lined up with the
vision and objectives of the organization. For this situation, giving representatives more prominent self-
rule prompts expanded inventiveness, adaptable answers for new issues, and deliberate selection of
positive conduct. This makes strengthening, when executed in a considered and productive way, into a
methodology which prompts better-performing, more fulfilled and more dedicated workers.

They must have the necessary mindsets and skill sets—either through hiring or training—to do
their jobs effectively and authority to make decisions that maximize the quality, speed, and effectiveness
of their work outcomes. What I wish that should be given more emphasis is the disadvantages of having
these characteristics and how it was affecting the whole organization or what if an added topic about the
flaws of having this kind of leadership.
When someone is empowered, they can accomplish something ー and they know it, giving them
the confidence needed to succeed. Employee empowerment refers to the way companies provide their
employees with anything and everything they need to succeed. This involves far more than simple
resource allocation, however. This is the key learning that everyone should know is, the importance of
knowing and being knowledgeable of proper work attitudes during organizational developmental and
theories of knowing the outcome of an actions.

Employee empowerment can instill greater trust in leadership, encourage employee motivation,
lead to greater creativity, and improve employee retention ー all of which ultimately results in a better
bottom line.
