I think accounting is a discipline with strong practicality, which plays a significant role in a series
of core divisions of the enterprise. Personal investment and financial management in life are also
inseparable from accounting knowledge. Since Nowadays accounting is not more just simple
calculation and statistics but is increasingly movinggradually developing towards the direction of
analytical management nowadays, which requires the practitioners to have strong analytical
ability. To hone improve my professionalism and practical skills and get myselfbe competitivewith
competitiveness for future employmentmy career development in the future, I’m determined to
pursue a master’s degree in accounting. And I believe that the MSc Accounting and Management
program at your esteemed university will provide a platform and opportunity for me to cooperate
with students from different background and gain insights into the global influence of economy so
as to benefit my future career in the accounting firms.

I am currently studying my bachelor's degree through a Sino-foreign cooperation programme held

by Beijing University of Agriculture and Harper Adams University. During the past years, I have
been working hard and achieved satisfying results in my major courses. Since International
Economics and Trade is a discipline that covers a wide range of subjects, I was exposed had the
opportunity to get to knowto the fundamental theories not only in economics, but also human
resource management, and marketing. Among the specialized courses, Business Data Analysis
course provides me with the basic accounting knowledge, such as financial statements. In this
course, I have learned to record basic information by using QuickBooks software as well. While
studying Financial Decision Making, I have mastered the financial analysis method of making
optimal decisions and improving operating management to enhance economic benefits for
enterprises. These courses have equipped me with basic foundationfundamental knowledge of
accounting and also cultivated my logical thinking. Apart from that, my mother, who is a senior
accountant, often talked talks with me about accounting-related issues, such as various business
modules and processes in financial accounting, and she helped has been offering me answer some
doubts inprofessional consultancy during my learning process. On the other hand, studying
through a programme which is delivered in English has acclimatized me to the English
environment- I not only adapted to the whole English classroom teaching mode, various English
accents, but also mastered basic writing method and quotation format of English papers.
Therefore, I am confident that I have both thesufficient academic ability background and adaptive
capacitycompetence to secure prominent performance for my further study in your esteemed
university.

In addition to my academic study, I also tookhave been taking every chance to be involvedtake
part in social practiceextracurricular activities, from which my personal abilitypractical skills has
have been significantly improved. In June 2020, I had through an internship as an accounting
assistant at Beijing Hongwei Najin Technology Co., LTD, where I have experienced the basic
accounting work including bookkeepinp, issuing financial statements , and the tax work. It was the
first time that I got to learn the formal accounting, which laid a foundation for my accounting
practice. To learn the basic procedures and methods of enterprise accounting basic procedures and
methods, I took another internship at Beijing Lianchuang Technology Co. LTD in May 2021.
Through sorting out vouchers, checking invoices and assisting the tutor to check the
reimbursement vouchers, I got further developed my understanding perception of accounting and
greatly strengthened the application of my skills in real life greatly strengthened. Last but not
leasBesidest, my internship at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu allowed me to bewas meaningful as
well. Getting involved in the audit projects allowed me to have a preliminary understanding of the
audit work. I became aware that knowing about the environment and background of enterprise
subjects is as important as the final analysis and calculation of data and statements. I also learned
to use Excel to improve my work efficiency and deal with actual complex cases. All of these
experiences provided me with chances to see bridge the gap between theory and practice.
Moreover, I also learned to cultivate a patient and rigorous work attitude towards accounting
work. In this process, I met a variety of excellent talents and predecessors, which who inspired me
to strive to become a professional in this area. Therefore, I am now more than determined to study
advanced knowledge of accounting.

With my internship experiences, it is clearly for me that, accounting is the fundamental language
of the whole financial field, and engaging in audit work is a relatively fast way to master this
language. Thus, working as an auditor becomes my first career goal after completing my master’s
degreein the future. I plan to obtain the ACCA certificates and seek for auditing positions in the
medium-sized firms in Beijing first after completing my master’s degree. After accumulating
muchWith more practical experiences, I would endeavoraim to become a senior auditor and work
in the Big Four Accounting Firms. The MSc Accounting and Management programme provided
by your esteemed university appeals to me with its well-designed curriculum, which will bring me
an in-depth study of accounting and enhance my thinking and analytical skills that can guide me to
