Technical & Operational Experiences

As a Craft technician and the deputy shift leader I was responsible for coordinating and providing technical support
for assign products/styles. This includes installing tapes to tapehead and process the tapehead to create sail structure.
When creating the sail material selecting according to the tech pack, loading sail into the machine, coordination of
development risk assessment, installing pockets, panel changing, maintain tapehead machine, molding and
completing the sail. Accuracy, Quality, Efficiency and Team Management is must when working in this section.
