2 Proposed System

Figure no. 3.1 is the flowchart of our proposed Essential Equipment Monitoring System for St. Rose
College Educational Foundation Inc. In this flow chart, the staff that manages the equipment of the school
needs to log in first by inputting the username and password to access the system. If the user forgets their
password you can use the forgot password function to recover your password, you need to answer a question to
recover it. After inputting the correct answer a form will pop up and show your password and username. After
logging in you can see the main form which has different sections. In the equipment borrow section, to borrow
equipment you need to search the borrower ID no. and it will automatically input the name and what type of
borrower they are. You also need to search the Item no. to automatically input the name and to see if the item is
still available or not. After you successfully borrow you can see that the data you inputted is now in the
borrowed equipment list with the due date along with it. In the borrow history section as the name suggested
you can see the list of borrowing that happened in the past in this section. To return an item you need to go to
the return equipment section and search the id of the borrower and it will automatically input the data the
borrower has. There is also the manage equipment section in this part you can add, edit and delete the data of
equipment you need to enter a password before you can access the add, edit and delete function. In the manage
borrower section, you can add, edit and delete the data of the borrower. In the generate report section, is where
you can print the data of transactions that happened in a month, you can change what month you wanted to
print. The last section is the Manage User where you can change the username and password of the user.
