This Office recognizes the efforts of teacher-developers (writers, illustrators, layout artists, editors) in this period of curriculum adjustments brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. 3. As the Schools Division Human Resource Merit and Promotion Selection Board (HRMPSB) is guided by Schools Division Memorandum No. 09, s. 2020 entitled, “Internal Guidelines on the Hiring Selection, and Promotion of Teaching, Related- Teaching & Nonteaching Personnel,” this Office hereby gives instructions to the HRMPSB to consider giving all teacher-developers the corresponding points for ranking purposes, effective immediately. 4.
