following Topic:

1. Brainstorming: Think of the teaching practice, you know well that is better to do a class


now than it used to be. How was the teaching practice in the past? How is it nowadays?
Think about strategies, methods, resources, role as a teacher, etc.

2. Applying: Write about past conditions in the teaching practice you thought about in your
brainstorming notes. Write the affirmative sentences and two negative sentences. Use simple
past and used to.
Affirmative:

1. Teacher used to ask the student about the English greeting.


2. Teacher used to dictate vocabulary
3. Teacher used to read fables

Negative:

1. The teacher did not use talked in English in the class

3. Planning: Follow the steps to make notes for your paragraphs

Step 1. Write a name of your teaching practice you are going to discuss in the chart below.
Look at your brainstorming notes (image and chart) and choose the most important things that
make this topic a better way to do today. Write these two things in the outline.

Step 2. Complete the thesis statement in the outline

R/= Listening= Practice the listening allow to know the tone, the accents, expand the
vocabulary and improve the comprehension lecture.

Writing:

Speaking= Speaking is very helpful to learn the calligraphy and orthography of the words

For example: write a story,summerizes about the notices, fables, etc.

Step 3. Write topic sentences for each of your body paragraphs. In your topic sentences, use
the key words in the reasons that you circled in your thesis statement.

Write allow to express my thoughts, opinions , ideas and feelings.

Speak help to strengthen our competence.

Step 4. Now write two (or more) examples or details for the supporting ideas in each body
paragraph.

Speaking= ¿What is your favourite career? ¿Why did you choose this subject? ¿Do you like this
subject?

Writing= Watch movies with English subtitles and write down the unknown words and looking
in the dictionary

Step 5. Think of some general information about your teaching practice where is explained?
How much aspects are in the education and the pedagogy topic? What do most people know
about there? Include this information in the paragraphs to support your ideas.

4. Make a Draft: Complete the following chart with your ideas from the previous steps.

Thesis statement: The quality of teaching practice four skills in English is better today than it
was in the past because the teacher did not pronounce very well the words and everything was
repetitive without dynamic and active participation.

Body paragraph 1: Topic sentence: Listening_ is one thing that has improved teaching
practice in extend the vocabulary and understand the accents.____.

Supporting idea 1: Take notes the keywords and consult the meaning in the dictionary

Body paragraph 2: Topic sentence: Describing people -speaking practice has also
improved teaching practice in our pronunciation of the vocabulary and our competences.

Supporting idea 2: He is very short- I don’t mind to being short

Supporting idea 3: He is strong – I work out everyday

Ideas for introduction:


The idea of this introduction is the objective of the 3 English skills to allow the student to
understand the conversations of his level, analyze what he understands from the podcast,
especially note the unknown words and consult. finally talk about it.

5)Writing and revising: Use the previous draft to answer in the following chart the given
questions, and then revise you writing using the editing checklist below.

The teacher in my town Istmina in past, when I study in San Pio X school the English class was of
repetition, she didn´t talk English all the class, don’t pronounce very well the vocabulary, the activities
always were face to face. The class were not active and participative.

Nowadays thee the best teachers do class very fun dynamic, In the other hand before to start the class put
the music of different artist and asking the students what time is the song, if the song is present
continuous, past simple.

For example, the teacher Scopari, he is very happy in the class, he teach very well,explain with clarify.

We talking about the essential skills like a Listening,Speaking,Writing this skill allow to extend our
vocabulary and understand the phonemes in the English language.
