Christianity
When it comes to religion people are free to choose what religion do they want
as long as they are doing the good thing but the big question in here is how can one
religion identify the Good or evil beliefs and its relationship to politics and globalization.
One of many religions that I chosen is the Christianity. The Christian faith is based on
beliefs about Jesus Christ's birth, life, death, and resurrection. While Christianity began
with a tiny group of followers, many historians consider the expansion and adoption of
Christianity around the world to be one of the most successful spiritual missions in
human history.

In Christian Belief they defines good as “God is good and his love endures
forever that is been written in the bible in Psalm 100:5. In Christianity they center the
love of God who created the universe. In Christianity view all the things that is good
come from the God and all he does is Good. The attitude of being holy, loving, kind,
merciful are some attitude that is been taught in Christianity because those traits are the
traits of God. While In Christian belief of “Evil” are those natural disasters like typhoon,
earthquake, tsunami and volcanic eruption disease like what we are experiencing right
now which is the Covid-19 and the birth defects like heart defects and also the human
action that make one another suffer from the pain. Many Christianity believe that when
you do something wrong to people it is the rebellion against God which resulted in
violence, pain, suffer, aggression and dishonesty. Christians explain how suffering and
death introduce to the world as it simply said that Satan corrupts what is good like for
example love that being turned to lust, leadership that turned into betrayal and
Determination that turned into selfish idealism. No one can equal God. God is the more
powerful than evil.

Christianity relationship to politics and globalization. As we all know Christian

believes in God who makes the good , So globalization is the way of Christian to unites
with all the people around the word spreading the good deeds of god economically and
politically. Christianity teach politics to become a Good leaders and leadership in place
of God’s leadership. As it said that all we should do to the world is Good things and if
something happen that is not good in the eyes of God it means you are in the side of
evil ones. For Christians they are more on those people with a kind heart when it comes
in choosing the right people who leads the country.

Buddhism
When it comes to Buddhism it may not so differ like the other religions. Buddhism
is a faith that was founded by Siddhartha Gautama. Its practices has traditionally been
most prevalent in East and Southeast Asia, but its influence is spreading to the West.
Buddha, the religion's founder, is regarded as a remarkable being but not as a god.
Buddha is a Sanskrit term that signifies "enlightened." The four basic beliefs of
Buddhism is Dukha which is the existence of suffering, Samudaya which is the truth of
the origin of suffering, Nirodha which is the truth of the cessation (end) of suffering,
Magga which is the truth of the path to the cessation (end) of suffering.

In Buddhism they called the good and evil as kusala and akusala, Things that are
kusala are not always considered good, but other things that are akusala are not always
considered bad. Although akusala examples like depression, melancholy, laziness, and
distraction are not typically seen as "bad." As the same to Kusala, which means "body
and mind calmness," may not be readily associated with the common understanding of
the English term "good." Kusala and akusala comes from the mind which is internally
and then it will come to action and physical features which is externally it means that the
events of minds is the basis in all the things individual do. An intention which contains
kusala conditions is skillful, and an intention which contains akusala conditions is
unskillful.

Buddhism has a big role especially when it comes to politics and globalization
because Buddhism is associated with cultural norms and worldviews. Politics has
always been an important aspect of Buddhism. The Tipiaka, one of the earliest Buddhist
scriptures, has numerous references to and debates concerning rulers, princes, wars,
and policies. Later Buddhist teachings, all the way up to the present day, provide
guidance to rulers on how to govern wisely, warnings about the extreme consequences
of ill governance, and admonitions to avoid arrogance and ignoring the needs of the
common people. Global Buddhism is a type of globalized religion that exists as a
distinct subject within the larger framework of globalization. The impact of modernity
and socioeconomic change on the interaction of Buddhism and politics Throughout
history, Buddhism has attempted to both defend and enhance its role in the world to
which it ministers, including the frequently dividing and cruel world of politics. Buddhism
plays an important role to the politics and globalization like what the governments of
ours is right now they are associated with the religion of Buddhism which make them
and their position on place with the right guidance and teachings.
