1. 包装箱打开后请检查系统在运
输过程中有无破损,装箱单上所列内容与箱内物品是否符合。
1. Please check if the system is damaged during the transportation and if the listed content of the packing list is in

accordance with the materials inside the container after opening the packing container.

2.操作者必须按照说明书进行操作。
2. Operator must operate as specified in the instruction.

3. 请检查电源电压是否正确(AC380V±5%),并使用隔离变压器或其它有隔离功能的稳压装
置。以确保系统可靠工作和人身安全。
3. Please check if the power voltage is correct (AC380V± 5%) and apply isolating transformer or other voltage§

stabilizer§ with isolating function. Ensure the reliable operation of the system and personal safety.

4. 作业时必须带好安全帽、系好安全带。
4. Wear safety helmet and fasten safety belt while operation.
5. 罐体装夹完后周围严禁站人。
5. No standing around after clamping the tank.
6. 升降平台下严禁站人。
6. No standing under the lifting platform.

7. 该系统要求工作环境温度为 -10℃ ~ +40℃,相对湿度为 0-85%。在高温、高湿和有腐蚀性气


体的环境下工作,需要采取特殊的防护。
7. This system requires the working environment temperature of -10℃~+40℃ and relative humidity of 0-85%.

Special protections should be taken under the environment of high temperature, high humidity and aggressive

gas.

8. 该系统各部分接线要正确,地线接触良好。

9. 该系统不允许带电插拔机箱后部所有电缆插头,由此产生的后果,本公司拒绝保修。

9. It is not allowed to plug all the cable plugs of this system behind the cabinet. Our company will not offer warranty

for the resulting consequences for this reason.

10. 该系统后部输出插头的线不允许和+24V 电源短路,否则将烧毁数控输出电路。


10. The output plug cable behind the system is not allowed to short-circuit connect with +24V power, otherwise, the

numerical control output circuit will be burned down.

11. 在高粉尘环境下,整机需要做粉尘防护,并且需要定期清理灰尘,尽量保证数控系统的清
洁。
11. Under excessive dust conditions, dust protection is needed for the whole machine and regular dust cleaning is

needed to guarantee the tidiness of the numerical control system.

12. 该系统应由专人管理,对操作人员应进行培训。
12. This system is managed by special personnel and operators should be trained.

13. 不允许将该系统内部使用的交流/直流电源连接到其他用电器。
13. The AC/DC current used inside the system shall not be connected to any other electric appliance.

14. 该系统的各项参数严格按照本说明书或订货时的补充说明里规定的范围,超出规定的范围
会使系统工作不正常甚至损坏本系统。
14. All the parameters of this system must be strictly as specified in the instructions or within the extent specified in

the additional remarks while purchasing. If the specified extent is exceeded, it will make the system operation

abnormal even damage the system.

15. 系统和机床,每班执行一次[日常维护和检查];每月执行一次[二级维护];每六月执行一次
[一级维护]。
15. For system and machine tool, [daily maintenance and inspection] shall be executed once per shift; [complete

maintenance] shall be executed once per month; [elementary maintenance] shall be executed once every six

months.

16. 系统的显示器为易碎物品,使用过程中注意对它的防护。
16. The system monitor is fragile which needs protection while using.

17. 如遇问题,请与山东水泊焊割设备制造有限公司联系。切勿在不熟悉的情况下自行拆装、改
造系统。

18. The system technical data may change without prior notice.

19.环缝焊机上的小操作平台最多同时上 3 人,严禁超载。
20. The small operation platform of the circular seam welder is for 3 people at most at the same time. No overloading.

20. 操作人员在平台上禁止向外探头。

发生的故障。保修期、保修范围以外发生的故障为收费服务。
23. Special remark: The warranty period and warranty range of this product refer to all the failures happened under the

situation of required usage within 12 months since the release day. Except for the failures within warranty period and

warranty range, others are paid service.

以下情况不在保修范围内:
The following situations are not within the warranty range:

A:任何违反使用要求的人为意外;
A:Any man-made accident violating usage requirement

B:自然灾害等原因导致的损坏;
B: Damages caused by natural disaster and other reasons.

 第一章 概 述

产品特点:

Product Features:

本设备适用于多种规则罐体和不规则罐体的环缝自动焊接。异形罐体环缝自动焊机,采用
先进的PLC可编程控制技术、微电子及变频技术,使直线环缝焊接一次成型,焊缝美观,焊接质
量可靠,具有生产效率高、操作简单方便、容易掌握设备特性等优点 。不仅提高了效率而且确保
了批量生产过程中稳定的焊接质量还改善了操作环境。
This equipment is applicable for the automatic girth welding of regular tanks and irregular tanks in various

kinds. Automatic Girth Welding Machine for Irrugular Shaped Tank applies the advanced PLC

technology,microelectronics and frequency conversion technology, making the straight line welding shaped one-step

with beautiful weld and reliable welding quality. It is featured with high production efficiency, easy and convenient

operation and easy to grasp equipment characteristics. Not only is the efficiency improved, but also the stable welding

quality during mass production is ensured and operation environment are enhanced.

主要用于罐式车生产中罐体外环缝的焊接,可以根据不同的工件材质配备不同型号的焊接
电源,满足不同材质板材的焊接。焊接长度可根据用户要求定制。

It is applicable for the external tank girth welding of tank truck during production. Welding powers of different

models can be equipped according to different workpiece materials to meet the board welding of different materials.

Welding length can be customized as required by customer.

2. 品种、规格

Variety and specification

根据焊接工艺分为气体保护焊和埋弧焊两种,气体保护焊分为MAG、MIG和TIG两种;埋弧
焊一种。
Based on welding process, it can be divided into gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding. Gas shielded

welding can be divided into MAG, MIG and TIG; submerged arc welding has only one mode.

Operating environmental and conditions

没 有阳关直射的地方 水平位置,没有震动、冲击的地方

4. 工作条件

Working conditions

 应在海拔高度1000m以下;
 Lower than 1000m height above sea level
 安装环境:尽可能处于无酸、无腐蚀、无油雾、无降 尘的环境;
 Installation environment:under the environment without acid, corrosion, oil mist or dust fall as much as possible.
 远离酸性、碱性和含盐量大的环境。
 Far away from the environment with high acid,alkaline and salt.

 三相交流电: 380V/60Hz 配电箱容量不低于 40KW


 Three-phase AC: 380V/60Hz capacity of distribution box not lower than 40KW.

须可靠单独接地,严禁直接与钢构连接
Safety grounding: All the yellow and green

ground cables must be earthed singly and

reliably. Forbid connecting directly with

steel structure.

第二章 安全操作规程

Chapter Two Safety operation regulation

1. 安全注意事项

Safety precautions

 本焊接设备用户安全使用的首要任务是保证在焊机上或设备附近工作的任何人应遵守所有
相关的安全预防措施!
 The primary task for safe use by the user of this welding equipment is to ensure that anyone working on the

welder or near the equipment shall follow all the related safety precautions!

 安全预防措施必须满足该型设备的要求!
 Safety precautionary measures must meet the requirement of the equipment of this model.

 仔细阅读并且遵从所有的安全标准!
 Read carefully and obey all the safety standards!

 请不要将本焊机用于焊接以外的用途!
 Please do not use this welder for other purposes than welding!

 全部作业都必须由接受过专门训练的人员进行,这些人应熟悉焊机的操作!
 All operations must be carried out by specially trained persons who shall be familiar with the operation of the

welder!

 错误的操作设备会导致出现危险情况或造成人身伤害和损坏设备!
 The wrong operation of the equipment may lead to danger or personal injury and equipment damage!

触摸带电部分会导致致命的电击或严重的烧伤。当焊机电源开启时无论何时电极与工件回路都
将带电,另外焊机的输入电力回路以及焊机内部电力回路在焊机电源开启后也将带电。在使用
送丝机时,焊丝、焊丝盘、送丝装置以及所有金属部件在焊接时触摸都将导致触电。焊机不正确
的安装和不正确的接地都非常危险,有可能导致触电。
Touching the energized parts will cause fatal electric shocks or serious burns. When the welder is powered on, the

loop of electrodes and work pieces is energized at any time; and additionally, the input power loop of the welder and

the internal power loop of the welder are also energized after the welder is powered on. When a wire feeder is used,

touching welding wires, wire reels, wire feeding devices and all metal parts during welding will cause electric shocks.

Both incorrect installation and incorrect grounding of the welder are very dangerous and may cause electric shocks.

 请勿触摸带电部件。
 Do not touch live parts.

 穿戴干燥、无破损的绝缘手套以及合适的保护身体的衣物及保护装置。
 Wear dry and unbroken insulated gloves and suitable clothes and protectors for protecting bodies.

 在安装、维护、修理焊机前切断输入供电电源。
 Before installation, maintenance and repair of the welder, the input power supply shall be disconnected.

 按照设备的使用说明书,以及国家、公司内部的相关法规、规定,正确地安装设备并且可靠
接地。
 Correctly install and reliably ground the equipment according to the operating instruction of the equipment and

the related laws and regulations of the nation and the company.

 经常检查接地电缆并且确定输入电缆接地端应连接到接地电缆接头处,或者可靠地与接地
电缆插头连接。
 Frequently check the ground cable and ensure that the ground terminal of the input cable shall be connected to

the joint of the ground cable or be reliably connected with the plug of the ground cable.

 在连接输入电缆时,应首先与接地的导体连接,并核实连接可靠。
 When the input cable is connected, it shall be firstly connected with the grounded conductor, and it shall be

ensured that the connection is reliable.

 经常检查输入电缆是否有破损或电缆线裸露在外。如果电缆有破损应立即更换,裸露在外的
电缆线可使人遭到电击。
 Frequently check whether the input cable is damaged or the cable conductor is exposed. If the cable has

breakage, it shall be replaced instantly, and the exposed cable conductor may cause electrical shocks to persons.

 在不使用焊机时请切断所有装置的电源。
 When the welder is not used, all the devices shall be powered off.

 如果工件需要接地,请使用单独的电缆直接接地,不允许与焊接夹钳或焊接电缆相连接。
 If a work piece needs to be grounded, the work piece shall be directly grounded by using a separate cable and

shall not be connected with the welding tongs or the welding cable.

 如果你站在工件上、接地电缆上或另外一台焊机的电极上,请不要直接触摸该机的电极。
 If you are standing on the work piece, the ground cable, or an electrode of another welder, do not touch the

electrode of the welder directly.

 仅使用维护保养良好的焊接设备,若焊机的零部件有损坏,请立刻维修或更换损坏的部分。
按照使用手册维护、保养设备的零部件。
 Only the welding equipment that is maintained well is used. If parts or components of the welder are damaged,

the damaged parts or components shall be repaired or replaced instantly. Maintain parts and components of the

equipment according to the service manual.

 若在高空作业,请佩带安全用具。
 If you work high above the ground, please wear the safety appliance.

 保持焊接场所地面或表面的稳固、安全。
 Keep the floor or the surface of the welding place steady and safe.

 焊接电缆夹钳应使用导电良好的金属与下件相连接。
 The welding cable and the welding tongs shall be connected with the workpiece by using a metal with good

conductance.

 禁止在作业场所使用 AC36V 以上的灯具进行照明。


 It is prohibited to use lamps of AC36V or above for lighting in the workplace.

 If the noises are at a very high level, please use qualified earplugs or ear muffles for protection.

 在焊接时或观察焊接时,请使用带有遮光滤光保护玻璃的焊接用防护面罩来保护面部和眼
睛。
 During welding or observation of welding, please use the welding protective mask with lightproof and filtering

protective glass to protect the face and eyes.

 佩戴有合格安全玻璃的保护眼睛。

 在焊接场所附近设置屏风或防护帘,保护他人免受电弧光干扰,提醒旁人不要直接观看电
弧光。

 穿戴不易损坏的长袖衣服、保护手套、围裙、皮靴等保护衣物,保护衣物应由耐火材料〔如皮

1.3 焊接烟尘和有毒气体的防护

1.3. Protection against welding fumes and toxic gases

焊接过程中会产生大量的烟尘和有毒气体,吸入这些烟尘和气体会
有害健康。
A great amount of fumes and toxic gases are generated during welding, and inhaling

these fumes and gases will be harmful to health.

在狭窄的场所进行焊接会导致空气不足,有窒息的危险。
Welding in a narrow place will cause air deficiency, which may lead to suffocation.

 保持头部远离焊接烟尘,不要吸入焊接产生的烟尘。
 Keep the head away from the welding fumes, and do not inhale the fumes generated during welding.

 如果在密闭的室内进行焊接,请使用通风排气设施,排出焊接产生的烟尘及有毒气体。
 In case of welding in an airtight room, please use the ventilation exhaust to discharge the fumes and toxic gases

generated during welding.

 如果无法采用通风设备,可使用符合标准的空气供给呼吸装置。
 If the ventilation equipment cannot be used, an air supply breather conforming to standards may be used.

 在狭窄的工作区域应采用通风换气装置,应配用呼吸保护用具。应经常察看身体周围的情况
 In a narrow work region, a ventilation device shall be adopted and a respiratory protection appliance shall be

used. Frequently observe the conditions around the body.

 从金属材料安全数据表或制造工厂内部的说明文件中阅读有关金属材料、消耗品、涂料、消洁
剂以及洗涤剂等可能与焊接发生反应的材料的相关知识。
 Read the safety data sheet of metal materials or the internal instruction documents of the manufacturing works to

obtain knowledge related to such materials as metal materials, consumables, coatings, detergents and scouring

agents which may react during welding.

 在容器、锅炉、船舱等的底部进行焊接时,二氧化碳及氩气等比空气重的气体会沉积在底部
为防止缺氧,请充分换气或使用空气呼吸器。
 During welding at the bottoms of containers, boilers, cabins and so on, gases such as carbon dioxide and argon

which are heavier than air will be deposited at the bottoms. Please change breath sufficiently or use the air

respirator to prevent anoxia.

 不要在靠近脱脂、清洗、喷雾等操作的地方进行焊接作业。炙热和电弧光会与这些作业产生的

粉尘、蒸气产生化学反应,产生剧毒和刺激气体。
 Do not weld in places near such operations as degreasing, cleaning and spraying. The hotness and arc light will

have chemical reaction with dust and steam from the operation, producing poisonous and irritating gas.

 在具有镀层或涂层(比如表而镀锌、铅、镉等材料)的工件上焊接时,会产生有害的烟尘和气
体,请充分换气或者使用呼吸保护用具。
 Welding on clad or coated work-pieces (e.g. zinc, lead, chrome plating) will produce harmful dust and gas, so

please adequately change air or use respiratory protection appliance.

1.4 气瓶的防护

气瓶在损坏后会爆炸。
A damaged gas bottle may explode.

保护气气瓶内部充有高压的保护气体,如果毁坏,气瓶将产生爆炸。
在焊接过程中气瓶应放置在安全的地方,并小心谨慎地处理它们。
Protective gas bottle is filled with protective high pressure gas, and in case of damage, the

gas bottle may explode. During the process of welding, the gas bottle shall be placed safety and carefully treated.

 保证装有高压保护气的气瓶远离高温、机械震动、熔渣、火焰和电弧的地方。
 Ensure that the gas bottle filled with protective high pressure gas is away from high temperature, mechanical

shock, slag, flame and electric arc.

 保持气瓶处于直立状态,并将气瓶固定或使用气瓶支架,防止气瓶倒下或倾斜。
 Keep the gas bottle in upright state, and fix the gas bottle or use gas bottle support to prevent the gas bottle from

falling down or tilting.

 将气瓶从焊接区域或其它电子设备周围移走。
 Remove the gas bottle from welding area or other electronic devices.

注:不要在气瓶上或附近进行焊接,否则会引起爆炸。
Note: Do not weld anything on or near the gas bottle, or explosion may be caused.

 使用装有正确保护气的气瓶、调节器、压力表和附件(应是专门为保护气瓶设计和特殊应用

used to protect the gas bottle), maintain them and connected components, keep these devices in good condition.

 打开保护气瓶阀门时,应将头部和面部避开气瓶阀门的排泄口。
 When opening the valve of protective gas bottle, the head and the face shall be kept away from outfall of gas

bottle valve.

 在气瓶使用时,应使用专用气瓶保护罩将气瓶阀门处罩住。
 When using the gas bottle, special protective cover for the gas bottle shall be used to cover the gas bottle valve.

 仔细阅读和遵从压缩保护气瓶以及相关设备的使用说明。

equipment.

1.5 焊接防护

焊接可引起火灾及爆炸。
Welding may cause fire and explosion.

在焊接密闭的容器,例如罐、箱、管等工件时,会引起它们发生爆炸。焊
接时电弧产生的火花会四处飞溅。飞溅的火花、炙热的工件以及发热的设
备会导致火灾和燃烧。电极与金属物意外接触、焊接电缆连接不良、焊接
母材侧电流通路接触不良等,均可产生火花、过热、爆炸和火灾。在焊接前应注意检查并确保工
作区域的安全。
When welding closed containers, such as tank, box, pipe, etc., they may explode. During welding, spark caused by

electric arc will splash. Splashing spark, hot work-pieces and heated equipment may cause fire and burning. Spark,

overheating, explosion and fire may be caused by accidental contact between electrode and metal, poor connection of

welding cable or poor contact of current path at base metal side, etc. The safety of working area shall be inspected and

ensured before welding.

 保护好自身及他人免受焊接飞溅及炙热金属侵害的危险。
 Protect yourself and others from damage of welding spatter and hot metal.

 不要在密闭容器上进行焊接作业。
 Do not weld anything on closed containers.

 Do not weld anything on flammables or near flammable gas.

 请勿将刚焊完的母材靠近可燃物体。
 Any base metal that has just been welded shall be kept away from any flammable.

 将易燃易爆物从焊接飞溅处移开至少 10 米,使焊接飞溅接触不到易燃物。若物体无法移开,
清用阻燃遮盖物可靠覆盖易燃物体。
 Flammables and explosives shall be kept at least 10m away from welding splash, so that welding spatter will not

contact flammables. In case that any flammable can not be moved away, please cover it with flame resistant

cover.

 留意焊接时产生的火花及炙热的熔渣会穿越裂缝及孔洞到达附近区域。
 Pay attention that the spark and hot slag produced during welding may reach the vicinity through cracks and

holes.

 焊接过程中要调整好焊接工艺参数,尽最采用飞溅较小的工艺参数进行焊接。
 During the process of welding, properly adjust welding parameters, and parameters with less splash shall be

applied to welding.

 电缆连接处要确实绝缘,并连接可靠。
 Cable connection shall be reliably insulated and connected.

 焊接电缆尽可能接近焊接区域,防止焊接电缆过长,这样会导致末知的隐患,以及会引起
短路和火灾。
 Welding cable shall be as close to welding area as possible, and overlong welding cable shall be avoided,

otherwise unknown hidden danger or short circuit and fire may be caused.

 随时留意有无火情,工作场地应备有消防设备或物品,一旦发生火灾立即进行灭火,将灭
火器放置在随手可取之处。
 Keep an eye on fire at any time, and workplace shall be provided with fire fighting devices or items, in order to
put out fire as soon as it appear, and fire extinguishers shall be placed within reach.

 焊机或电器设备着火时,应先切断电源,然后再灭火,末切断电源前不准用水或泡沫灭火
器灭火,只能用干粉灭火器、干砂或石棉布等灭火。
 In case that welding machine or electric equipment catch fire, first cut off the power, then put out the fire. Before

the power is cut off, do not put out fire with water or foam extinguisher, but dry powder extinguisher, dry sand or

asbestos cloth may be used.

 穿戴耐油、耐火的保护衣物,例如皮革手套、长袖工作服、工作裤、高筒靴和防护帽。

 Wear oil resistant and fire assistant protective clothing, such as leather gloves, work coat with long sleeves, work

pants, high boots and protective helmet.

1.6 预防电磁场

1.6. Electromagnetic field prevention

电流经过导体时会在局部产生电磁场,焊接电流引起的电磁场在焊接电
缆及焊机周围。
Local electromagnetic field may be produced when current passes conductor, and

electromagnetic field caused by welding current is around welding cable and welding

machine.

 焊机通电时产生的电磁场会对心脏起搏器的动作产生不良影响。使用心脏起搏器的人,无医
师许可不得靠近使用中的焊机及焊接作业场所周围。
 The electromagnetic field produced when welding machine is energized may have adverse effect on the action of

cardiac pacemaker. Anyone who uses cardiac pacemaker shall not get close to operating welding machine or

welding site without the permission of his doctor.

 焊接时暴露在电磁场中,可能对身体健康会造成末知的影响。
 Exposure to electromagnetic field during welding may have unknown impact on health.

 电磁场可能会对一些电子设备产生干扰,应采取适当预防措施加以防备。
 Electromagnetic field may interfere with some electronic devices, so proper preventive measures shall be taken.

 不要将焊接电缆缠绕在身体周围。
 Do not wind welding cable around your body.

 在焊接作业时,尽可能将焊接电源和焊接电缆远离焊接区域。
 During welding, welding power and welding cable shall be kept as far as possible from welding area.

 将电缆安置在操作者的一边,并远离操作者。
 Put cable at operator side and away from the operator.

 尽可能缩短焊接工件与焊接电源之间的距离。
 Minimize the distance between welding work-piece and welding power.

1.7 注意运动部件

运动部件,例如风扇、齿轮、传动平台带等零部件可伤害操作者的手或手
指,以及将头发及宽松的衣物缠绕住。
Moving components, such as fan, gear and transmission plat belt, etc., may damage the

operator’s hand or finger, and enwind hair and loose clothing.

 请勿在卸下机壳的情况下使用该产品。
 Do not use the equipment when the enclosure is removed.

 焊机工作时,务必使手、头发、衣物和工具远离风扇、送丝轮等旋转部件。
 During welding, your hands, hair, clothes and tools must be away from rotating components, such as fan and wire

feed rolls.

 操作人员不能穿宽松衣服和佩戴饰物,如披肩、手镯之类,这些东西可能成为安全的隐患。
只有具有专业资格的人员或有经验的人员才能对产品进行安装、操作、检修和保养。
 Operators shall not wear any loose clothing or jewelry, such as shawl and bracelet, etc. which may bring hidden

danger.

1.1 异形罐体环缝自动焊机是罐体焊接的专用设备,对设备的操作必须做到“三好”,即管好、
用好、修好;“三定”,即定人、定机、定岗;“四会”,即会使用、会保养、会检查、会排除故障

1.2 The operators must have received professional training and be proficient in operating, and any nonprofessional

shall not operate the equipment.

1.3 经常注意各部分运转情况,如有异常现象,立即停车排除故障。
1.3 Frequently pay attention to the operation of every part, and in case of abnormality, stop the machine immediately

to remove fault.

1.4 长时间离开机床时,必须切断电源,下班前应将总电源切断。
1.4 When leaving the machine tool for a long time, power must be cut off. The main power must be cut off before

working-off.

1.5 工作前必须穿戴好防护用品,操作时(包括打渣)所有工作人员必须戴好防护眼镜或面罩。
1.5 Before operation, wear protection equipment. During operation (including demolishing), all the staff must wear

protective glasses or masks.

1.6 对受压容器、密闭容器、各种油桶、管道,沾有可燃气体和溶液的工件进行操作时,必须事先
进行检查,并经过冲洗除掉有毒、有害、易燃、易爆物质,解除容器及管道压力,消除容器密闭
状态(敞开口、旋开盖),再进行工作。
1.6 As for the operation of compression tank, sealed container, various kinds of oil drum, pipe and the workpieces

with flammable gas and solution, inspection must be conducted in advance and the toxic, harmful, flammable and

explosive materials must be removed by washing. After the pressure of the container and pipe is removed and the

sealing condition (open the port and turn on the cover) of the container is eliminated, operations can be conducted.

1.7 两人或多人操作时,应当始终保持联系,必须注意助手的安全。
1.7 When the equipment is operated by two or more people, they shall keep in touch and pay attention to the safety of

their assistant.

1.8 不准在设备运行时进行检修,如需检修,应停车断电后进行。
1.8 Do not overhaul the equipment when it is running; in case that overhaul is needed, it shall be done after the

equipment is stopped and the power is cut off.

1.9 工作完毕,应检查场地、灭绝火种、切断电源才能离开。
1.9 After the operation, leave before inspecting the site, extincting the flame source and cutting off the power.

1.10 工作地点周围 5m 内,不准放置易燃、易爆物品。乙炔气瓶与氧气瓶与动火作业的距离应在

1.11 本工种属国家指定的特殊工种之一。从事本工种工作者,必须经过专业安全培训,并经考
核取得特殊作业人员操作证,方可作业。该工种人员应定期接受安全教育,凡复训不合格者,
不得继续从事该项工作。

2.1 所焊罐体的质量不得超过 8 吨,罐体和旋转架之间必须焊接牢靠,焊完后应空转 2--4 圈,


观察焊缝情况。
2.1 The welded tank weight should not exceed 8 tons. The welding between the tank and spinner rack must be firm.

After welding, 2-4 laps with no loading should be run to check the welding.

2.2 操作工在罐上作业时必须带好安全帽、系好安全带。
2.2 Operators must wear safety helmet and fasten safety belt during operation on the tank.

2.3 罐体装夹完后周围严禁站人。

no obstacle for the welding machine( including slide-wire rack).

2.10 不允许将该系统内部使用的交流/直流电源连接到其他用电器。
2.10 The AC/DC current used inside the system shall not be connected to any other electric appliance.

2.11 该系统不允许带电插拔所有电缆插头,由此产生的后果,本公司拒绝保修。
2.11 It is not allowed to plug all the cable plugs of this system behind the cabinet. Our company will not offer

warranty for the resulting consequences for this reason.

2.12 该系统后部输出插头的线不允许和+24V 电源短路,否则将烧毁数控输出 电路


2.12 The output plug cable behind the system is not allowed to short-circuit connect with +24V power, otherwise, the

numerical control output circuit will be burned down.

4:焊前准备

3.1 在两端封头上找出中心位置,并做标记。

3.2 用两台行车把罐体吊至焊接工位,在封头中心标记处把罐体和旋转架焊成一体,焊接牢固

3.2 Lift the tank to the welding position with two cranes. Weld the tank and spinner rack together at the central

marking position of the head firmly and reliably.

3.3 需要焊接的环缝和纵缝用磨光机开坡口,焊缝两侧 50mm 内应去除油、水、锈、氧化皮等其


他杂物,能融入永久焊缝内的定位焊也要清理干净。
3.3 Bevel cut the girth and longitudinal joint to be welded with buffing machine. Within 50mm of both welding joint

sides, oil, water, rust, scale and other articles should be removed. The positioned weld which can be integrated with

welding joint permanently should also be cleaned.

3.4 旋转机构下面的道轨卡钩应用扳手锁紧。
3.4 The track hook behind the rotating mechanism should be locked tight with wrench.

3.5 工件内环缝需先焊接完毕。焊缝区域不得有影响焊接质量的毛刺、焊点、油污、绣等因素,接
口间隙应均匀,不得有错边、齿边等缺陷。
3.5 The girth within the workpiece should be welded firstly. There should be no burr, solder joint, oil stain or rust in

the welding joint area which affect the welding quality. The joint clearance should be even with no defects such as

misalignment and tooth edge.

5:焊接要求

4.1 碳钢罐体焊接使用焊丝 φ1.6mm,参数见下表(参数仅供参考)

门架及驱动装置采用型钢焊接而成,既减轻了重量,又满足了机床的平面空间和钢性要求,
与双边驱动装置连接在一起构成了行走车体。驱动电机为低速三相异步电机,运动平稳、无转矩
脉动现象,采用变频调速,双边同步性能较高。
The gantry and driving device are welded by section steel which not only lowers the weight but also satisfies the

machine tool’s requirement of flat space and rigidity. Together with the bilateral driving device, walking vehicle is

consisted. The driving motor is low-speed three-phase asynchronous motor with stable motion and no torque

pulsation. Frequency control of speed is applied and the bilateral synchronization§ performance§ is relatively high.

 接地:道轨必须可靠接地。接地线采用黄绿双色双股胶合软铜体(绝缘体),其截面积为

 earthing: rail must be earthed reliably. The earthing wire should apply yellow-green double-color double-stranded

flexible copper conductor (insulator) with an section area of 30 square millimeters. And after earthing, the

resistance between the machine and main earthing point should be less than 0.1 ohm, the earthing resistance

should be not more than 4 ohm.

Tractor direction calibration: with adjustable bolt, it can adjust the tractor’s direction whether vertical with the

workpiece axis direction and with lock bolt, it can fix the tractor’s direction. By loosening the lock bolt, the tractor can

rotate 180° to weld another head. It can be fixed on the central hole position to weld longitudinal joint with

此开关可感应罐体为信号控制罐体的旋转,调整此开关左右距离可调整焊接小车的焊接位置,

开关越靠进中间感应板 焊接方向越接近上坡焊,反之越接近上坡焊。

This switch can sense the tank as signals to control the tank rotation. By adjusting the distance between this switch

and tank, the welding position of welding tractor can be adjusted. The higher the switch, the closer it is to the uphill

 启动:控制系统上电按钮,急停按钮旋起后,按该按钮,指示灯亮起,系统上电。该按钮和

控制柜门侧的“启动”按钮同效。

adjust the speed. The pointer of the left side of the table is for real-time display of welding

 焊接电压:焊接时的电压。非焊接状态可以预设。焊接时旋动该旋钮可对焊接电压进行调整。

主车会以触摸屏设定速度快速行走。

 焊枪调节:焊接时焊缝相对于焊枪,可能出现一定的偏差或者是初对焊缝时需要调整焊枪

和焊缝之间的相对位置。拨动此摇杆左右,可改变其对焊缝的位置,以焊枪正对焊缝为最佳

摇杆开关置中,动作复位。

 拨动此摇杆上下,焊枪相对于工件高度的上下微调,摇杆开关置中,动作复位。如果将钮子

开关“VERTICAL TRACK”拨到“0”状态,“GUN LIFT”钮子开关对升降有效,否则动作无

效。当“VERTICAL TRACK”旋钮拨到“1”状态时,焊枪升降进入自动升降状态。

switch will rotate the workpiece welding angle. Automatic welding, automatic welding,

 焊接小车:此旋钮改变行走轮的旋转方向,即为焊接小车的行走方向。选中行走方向后,焊

接小车会按照机头控制盒上面的调节速度显示表的速度进行行走。“焊接速度”扭子开关可

改变焊接小车行走速度。可根据焊接工艺要求,改变行走速度。

 Welding tractor:the knob changes the rotation direction of the walking wheel, which is the

walking direction of the welding trolley.select the direction of walking, the car will be in

 滑板升降:由于焊接装置固定在滑板上,升降滑板可带动焊接装置升降。在焊接环缝的时候

带动滑板的滑块一定要落到下限位,防止在焊接过程中将焊枪悬起。为便于焊接纵缝,滑板

升降可将焊枪悬起到一定高度后进行焊接。钮子开关置中,动作复位。

自动调整焊枪相对于工件的高度。拨到“0”位置后,自动调整无效。此设定就是本功能的调节速

度。

旋转体为独立电源和控制系统。当和环缝焊主体联合使用时,旋转方向受环缝焊主体控制,
将 b 开关切换到远控模式。联合使用时需将旋转信号插头插到旋转体控制箱插座内。否则联合
使用无效。当联合使用时,其面板上的正反转方向旋钮无效。当独立使用时,将 b 开关切换到
近控模式。其面板上的正反转方向旋钮有效,联合使用无效。
The rotator has single power and control system. Its rotating direction is depending on the
girth welding machine when it is used together with girth welding machine. Plug the signal
plug into the socket on control box of rotators when using together, or the machine does not
work, besides, the positive and negative rotation is not effective.

a) 旋转速度:旋转体的旋转速度,该面板显示的是旋转电机驱动频率。旋动面板右侧的旋钮可
调整旋转速度。但是在联合使用时,该速度受焊接速度影响,不能随意改动。
Rotating speed: the panel displays the driven frequency of rotating motor. Spin the knob at
the right side of the panel can adjust the rotating speed. However, the speed is affected by
welding speed and cannot be changed when using together.
b) 近控/远控:旋转体独立使用与龙门架联合控制使用的切换开关。
In the remote control: independently rotating combined with Longmen frame control switch
used.
c) 正转/反转:旋转体独立使用时的正反转方向选择。联合控制时该旋钮无效。
Positive/negative rotation: the choose of direction when the rotator works only. The button is not effective when using

together.

d) 电源启动:旋转体控制系统的电源启动按钮。按该按钮后,旋转体上电,系统启动。
Power on: the power on button of the control system. The rotators start and the system starts after pressing it.

e) 电源停止:旋转体控制系统的电源停止按钮。按该按钮后,旋转体停电,系统停止。
Power on: the power on button of the control system. The rotators start and the system starts after pressing it.

f) 急停:旋转体控制系统的电源停止按钮。按下后,旋转体掉电。右旋该旋钮,急停复位。
Emergency Stop; the power off button of the rotators. The rotators start after pressing it. And the system stop when

spinning it to the right.

2.操作 Operation

2.1 启动顺序 starting procedure

a) 打开外部电源开关、控制箱电源开关、电机断路器及各控制断路器。
a) Turn on the outside power supply switch、control box power supply switch、motor
breaker and control circuit breaker.
b) 在启动控制电源前,请确保所有控制、动作按钮都在复位状态。
b) Before start control power, make sure all control and action buttons in the reset state.
c) 旋起控制箱面板上“电源停止”按钮,按下“电源启动”按钮,指示灯亮起。系统得电。
c) Spun up control box “power off” button,press “ power on ” button,indicator light
on,system power on.

d) 将手控盒所有按钮置中或拨到“0”位置,旋起手控盒“急停”按钮,系统启动。

e) 确定龙门架和旋转机构整体启动,将远控插头插入旋转机构控制箱插座内,启动旋转机构

f) 确认焊接方式,环缝焊接或者纵缝焊接。

2.2 装夹 2.1.Clamping

1 拨控制箱“主车行走”旋钮开关至“前进”或“后退”将龙门架移动到导轨的一端,以
便于罐体固定在旋转体上面。旋钮开关置中时动作停止。(龙门架移动速度调整旋钮在大控制箱面
板上的变频器调速器上,旋动该旋钮可更改主车行走速度。纵缝焊接时需要精确调节)

4 拨“升降平台”旋钮开关至“下降”状态。工作平台缓慢下降,焊枪、行走轮陆续接触罐
体。平台下降到滑板中间位置时停止下降(便于平台进行自动升降调整)。旋钮开关置中时动作
停止。
Turn “Lift Platform” button to “down” state. Platform slowly down, Welding torch, walking
wheel contact tanks in succession. Platform stops falling down to slide board middle
position (Facilitate platform automatically adjust) .When toggle switch centered,
movement stop.
5 松开机头锁紧装置,对机头进行微调,以在焊缝显示器上看到指针对准焊缝为最佳。锁
紧机头锁紧装置。防止在焊接过程中机头旋转。
Loose welding head fasten device, minitrim head to achieve the goal (watch pointer align
welding seam at welding seam display ). Lock head and lock device to prevent head
rotation in the welding process.
6 拨“滑板下降”旋钮开关至“下降”状态,将滑板落到上下限位之间。防止在自动焊接
时,因滑板下行距离不足,将焊枪旋起。
Turn “Slide Board Lift” button to “down” state to down slide board between the upper and
lower limit. Spin up the welding gun to avoid slide board down distance not enough under
auto welding state .
7 拨“焊枪调节”摇杆开关。将焊枪对准焊缝。旋钮开关置中时动作停止。
Turn “ Gun Lift” button to place welding gun align welding seam. When toggle switch
centered, movement stop.
8 拨“自动罐体旋转”旋钮开关至“正转”或“反转”状态,根据焊接工艺而定(“手动
罐体旋转”钮子已复位或置中)。
Turn “Tank Auto Rotation” button to “Forward” and “reverse” state. According to the
welding process (" Tank manual rotation” button has been reset or centered).
9 拨“焊接小车”旋钮开关至“前进”或“后退”状态。此时小车行走,且罐体(工件)
会根据工件形状旋转,达到焊接的最佳角度。

Turn “welding tractor”button to “forward” or “backward”state.Meanwhile welding tractor
move,tank(workpiece) rotate according to the shape of tank, to achieve the desired Angle
of the welding.
10 拨“升降仿形”旋钮开关至“1”状态,焊枪自动升降启动,系统会根据工件外形变化
调整焊枪高度,保持焊枪到工件间的距离一致。
Turn “Lift Profile” button to position “1” state, Welding gun automatically start, the system
will adjust welding torch height according to workpiece shape change, keep consistent the
distance between welding torch and workpiece.
11 焊枪开关:“0”位置为焊接停止。“1”位置为焊接启动。焊接启动的条件是:“焊接选
择”拨到“1”位置后,会启弧焊接。
Gun switch:position “0” is for welding stop. position “1” is for welding start.Welding start

12 在焊接过程中手动微调“焊枪调节”摇杆,让焊枪始终和焊缝保持重合。根据工艺要求
适当调整焊接电流、电压和焊接速度。
Fine-turning “gun movement” button at welding process to keep welding gun coincidence
with welding seam. According to the technological requirements, appropriate adjustment
of welding current, voltage and welding speed.
13 为方便操作,设备增加遥控操作,可对主车行走、罐体手动旋转及焊丝左右移动进行手
动微调。其功能和面板操作旋钮同效。
Machine add remote control to convenience operation, can fine-tuning gantry
movement 、manual rotation and welding wire vertical movement . Same function with
control box button.
注:确定焊接方向(焊接小车行走方向)及自动旋转方向(工件旋转方向)。根据工艺要求
首先确定焊接方向。罐体(工件)旋转和焊接小车方向相反。在小车落到罐体时十字滑板限
位开关不能碰到任何一个,否则不能焊接。

上升足够高度,以行走时焊枪不碰撞罐体为准。

为防止意外事故的发生及避免机床受到意外损坏,本机床装备了平台防坠落、限位开关装置等安全防护

装置。但是,操作者也必须遵守安全规则,按照机床操作要求,才可能有效避免事故的发生。
In order to prevent accident and protect the machine tool from accident damage, this machine tool is equipped
with safety protection devices such as platform fall-proof device and limit switch device. But, the operators should
obey the safety rules and follow the operation requirement of machine tool. Only in this way, can accident be avoided
effectively.
本说明书涉及的警告信息及可能发生的故障仅包括那些可以预知的情况,并不包括所有可能发生的情况。

只有经过培训的专业人员,才允许进行维修机床或更换元件的工作!为防止意外事故的发生,或对机床造成

损坏,在检修时必须遵守以下一些原则:

 Before repairing or changing parts, the power supply must be turned off at first. What needs attention is that only
the specified parts are allowed to replace the damaged ones.
 检修中拆下的零件(元件)应在原地以相同的新零件(元件)进行更换,并尽可能使用原有规格螺钉进

行固定;
 The parts (components) dismantled during the overhaul shall be replaced in situ with new identical parts
(components), which shall be fastened by using the screws of the original specifications as far as possible;

 严禁将易燃物或金属物遗留在电柜内或接线盒内;

 Any flammable or metal shall not be left in electric cabinet or junction box;
 定期检查电缆、电线有无损坏,防止漏电或电击;

 Regularly inspect whether cable and wire are damaged, in order to prevent electric leakage or electric shock;
 总开关断开后,总开关进线仍然带电。因此检修人员必须特别注意,注意安全,严禁用手触摸电气柜内

任何带电物体。
 The incoming line of main switch is still with electricity after cut-off. Therefore, the repairman must pay special

attention and be careful. Forbid touching any articles with electricity inside the electric cabinet by hand.

 内置电气柜的定期检查:定期检查电气柜外表面,保持清洁、干燥。

 The regular inspection of built-in electric cabinet: inspect regularly the external surface of electric cabinet and

keep it clean and dry.

 平台下严禁站人 操作及维护时必须牢系安全带。

柜门使用外部风扇冷却的方式降温。操作者应每月清扫一次电气柜防尘滤网,每天检查一次电气柜冷却风扇

或空调运行是否正常。

electric control tank and operation panel monitor’s cabinet door should be sealed. It should not be cooled by opening

cabinet door to use the external fan. Operators should clean the electric cabinet dust-proof filter net once every month

and check once every day if the electric cabinet cooling fan or air-conditioner operation is normal.

遥控器或其他部件电池一般每月更换一次,也可根据使用情况及时更换电池。
The batteries of remote control or other parts should be changed once every month. Batteries can also be changed

according to using conditions.

工作负责人应对起重工作和工具进行全面检查。当重物吊离地面后,工作负责人应再检查各
受力部位,无异常情况后方可正式起吊。在起吊过程中,受力钢丝绳的周围、上下方,内角
侧和起吊物的下面,严禁有人逗留和通过。起吊物必须绑牢,构件若有棱角或特别光滑的部
分时,在棱角和滑面与绳子接触处应加以包垫。装卸用的钢丝绳的安全系数一定达到规范要
求。
 The loading and unloading operation must be charged by people with
experience to command uniformly with unified signal and clear labor
division and good safety measures. Before operation, the person in
charge should inspect completely the crane operation and tools. When
the heavy article is lifted above floor, the person in charge should
inspect again each stress area. It can be lifted fully after no
abnormal confirmed. During lifting process, it is forbidden to stay
or pass across the surrounding, top and bottom areas and internal
angel side of stressed steel wire and the underside of the lifting
article. The lifting article must be tied tightly. If there is
corner angle or specially smooth part of the component, cushion
should be added on the contact place of the corner angle or smooth
surface and the wire. The safety factor of the steel wire used for
loading must meet the specification.
 设备翻到可能照成生命危险!因此应将设备稳妥防止在平整牢固的底座上

 Equipment turnover may lead life risk! Therefore the equipment
should be placed stably on the flat and solid base--- allowing the
maximum angle of inclination of 10°.
 吊运时,应使用两个吊车分别起吊设备的两端,平行起吊,避免发生倾斜。不能使用叉车运
输。
 During lifting, two cranes shall be used to lift two ends of the
equipment respectively and in parallel to avoid tilting. The fork
truck shall not be used for transportation.
 请注意行车安全,做好货物安全保护措施,严禁野蛮装卸,损坏货物。
 Take note of traffic safety, take protective measures for goods
safety, and strictly prohibit careless loading and unloading and
damage to goods.
 禁止在外包装上随意写字,严禁踩压箱子,造成损坏。
 Prohibit arbitrary writing on the outer package, and strictly
prohibit treading on cases to cause damage.
 吊装作业时应有足够的工作场地,起重臂杆起落及回转半径内无障碍物,夜间作业应有充足
的照明设备。
 During lifting, there shall be an adequate work field, no barrier
shall exist within the radius where the lifting beam rises, falls
and turns, and adequate lighting equipment shall be provided during
night operation.
 起重作业时,重物下方不得有人员停留或通行。
 During hoisting, no person shall stay or pass below the weight.
 在吊装搬运前需拆掉气路管线、电器控制线,并确保其无过大震动运输。

开箱工作在需方工作现场进行,产品全部运抵需方后,需方按装箱单检查整箱数量,并开箱
清点,验收各箱装入设备的零部件,配套件,随机附件等名称,规格和数量,并确认在运输过
程中无损坏,无丢失。
The unpacking operation is carried out in the working field of the demander. After all the products are delivered to the
demander, the demander checks the quantity of complete boxes according to the packing list, unpacks to check names,
specifications and quantities of parts, fittings, accompanying accessories etc. of the equipment contained in each box,
and ensures that there is no damage and loss during transportation.
