Answer:

Adequate water replacement means that you are replacing the drinks you drink everyday with water.
Water is enough to the needs of our body, it will help you lose weight at faster rate, you will flush out
toxins from your body, you will improve your muscles endurance & flexibility, your ability to focus &
concentrate will get sharper, you will get a glowing and healthier skin complexion, you will lower the
risk of many diseases, you will boost your metabolic rate and etc. Though, the disadvantages is purely
of how much water do you take or consume. You will sweat a lot when you drink too much water, it
will disrupt your sleep and you will suffer from water intoxication. On the other hand, Commercial
fluid replacement is usually used for medical practice of replenishing bodily fluid lost through
sweating, bleeding, fluid shifts or other pathologic processes. It aims replace lost fluids and it also have
electrolyte content it helps you digest a food, it contains vitamins and minerals but on the other hand,
the disadvantages of this is mainly the sugar content and calories that can make your body weak and
prone to diseases.

2.) Yes, especially when you’re in a warm environment and your clothing is way too covered and
thick, it will increase the thermal insulation that will cause for the temperature to increase during
your activity.
3.) By wearing a right clothing, it will reduce the surface temperature of the skin and the athletes
sweat rate that will have a positive response to the athletes physiology.
4.) Yes, because other clothes don’t tend to absorb sweat than wearing workout clothes, since it can
help increase the sufficiency of sweat session.
5.) Yes, because it will aware and tip them a knowledge if they try to do a workout or exercise.
