GDMC jobs procedure 

Preparation:
A)- equipments:
1- P/T Bop F/T
2- wire test log and certifications

C)- Rigup:
1- leak gaz test H2S ( wind direction & 2 assembly point, SCBA )

5-  rig up lubricator
6- connect tool muser & take 0 reference
7-open the well open M/V+ S/V,  close S/V + M/V

A)-     Swabbing procedure: (conducted to remove the produced column water)


1-Check flow line to pit 
Check the cellar should be free for any sand or water or h2s or  what ever
2-Check the pit status 
    -Shut in wellhead pressure P record 
)
3-Close well from manifold to GC and open the well to pit and flow the well 
3- full well open check pressure 15 to 20 min should drop to 0 psi
4-rig up T/S ( r/s, kn-j, 10ft stem, M-J, running tool)
   - Tubing check  (drift)
5- Set the tubing stop or F collar stop rih to 2100 static W pooh to 2000 and set (Rih loss weight to
5-find the top Of the fluid 
6- 200 ft as max amount in first 76 m  up to 1500 as maximum depth 
- start pooh fast 
   - swabbing record sheet ( top of fluid )
Open the bleed off valve when start close record and flow to the pit
7- add all the depth and calculate the volume
3 1/2 V= CP X L'    CP= 0.0087  V[BBL]
- If WHFP>10 flow to pit to observe increase or decrease if increase install 16/64" choke and flow 
- If the pressure decrease wait till FWHP=0 and continue swabbing 
Note : not leave the swabbing tool while fill upping the tubing 
            Use plug before to start fill up to avoid any problems 
Light fluid 200 to 400
Heavy fluid 100 to 200

B)-      Gauge survey:  Conducted to identify ( SBHP, FBHT, SBHT,.....)

1- drift run 

- static survey: 
 .  connect the gauges record power on off, in lib time
 . set o ref, 
 . Open swab Wait 10 min in Lib
 . Max speed 150 ft/min ~ 45 m/min
 . Each station stop should kept for 15 min or flow programme
 . Last stop should be 30 min 
 . Always wait 2 min for each change ( lib, B/O, at surface)
 . Rig down 
           Note 1: casing static survey is required to down hole change ( isolate tubing and  open sleeve

 - build up survey: 
 .  connect the gauges record power on off, in lib time
 . set o ref, 
 . Open swab and Wait 10 min in Lib
 . Watch the weight due flow rate
 . If flow push the T/S up confirm with GC to reduce the flowing rate Or add more stem weight 
 . fully open the wing valve once you get control of situation 
 . Max speed 150 ft/min ~ 45 m/min
 . follow the stops station as per programme
 . 30 min before change to shut-in the well
 . Clamps & barrier tap
 . Make sure that the well is 100 % is shut-in 
 . Pull : ( remove clamps, pooh 150 ft/min, record all times)
 . Rig down

- temperature survey: 
 .  connect the gauges record power on off, in lib time
 . set o ref, 
 . Open swab Wait 10 min in Lib
 . Rih to 50 ft  wait 30 min or follow programme
 . Max speed 30 ft/min 
 . Record time each 150 ft hh.mm.ss until requested depth 
 . Wait 20 min before POOH at max 150 ft/min
 . Always wait 2 min for each change ( lib, B/O, at surface)
 . Rig down 

C):- Collar stop & DW plug : collar stop use to prevent tool from drooping down hole ( swabbing, tu
   -    F collar stop EU & NU tubing (DW)
Check the size and tubing type from well schematic 
Check f collar stop condition
Rih slowly to 350 ft using SB or C1 aluminium pin (don't use c1)
Pooh slowly 50ft
Rih slowly until stop in the groove 
Hand Jar down few time and pooh
Pooh 100 ft and rih to check set
Run slowly desired depth pickup to trip the spring go to the position jar down to lock and shear
to pull use RB land on F collar stop jar up and pooh
     -  Tubing stop.   New vam family 
Run and pull SB 
Run slowly desired depth overrun go to the position or overpull to reposition jar down to lock and
Latch with SB to pull jar down and pooh

DW plug    ??? Hold pressure from below max 1750 psi & allows pass pressure from above??
Check the size as per well schematic 
Function test on surface
Check elements seal is in good condition 
Check th slips from de damage 
Check equalising sub & equaling port is. Working
Pin DW with w running tool
Should be set 10 ft above F collar stop
When rehashed the required depth pull up to set
Put 750 lbs tension and wait 2 minutes
Jar up to shear 1/8 brass pin 
Jar up to shear 5/16 brass pin to the w running tool

To pull run RB with running prong


Run slowly until you loss weight 
Wait to Equalise pressure  
Soft hand jar down to latch 
hard hand jar down 
Pooh

SSD.       Circulating ssd


                  Production ssd    ( down hole change)  set plug open ssd to change production zone (Fwg

1- Drift run ( fluid level ) 


2- Record WHSIP & CSIP 
 -  (R/S knuckle joint, 8 ft stem, mech-j, service tool) include oil jar in pulling  
 - redress plug and measure, 
run plug only static weight, 
over pull 400 lbs for 1 minutes jar up to release running tool 
soft jar to set packing hard jar to set lock
jar up to release running tool POOH, 
3-  test a plug inflow test b/o 50 psi for 10 min (big differential P will drive to blow out when openin
 - to pull use RB static weight latch 
Check latching put 200 lbs tension for 1 minutes
Use oil jar to pull prong make 750 lbs wait to oil jar to work
Always release the winch from brake ready to fast pull to avoid blow out 
 - When you get prong pull fast to 200 ft 
 - Check pressure 
  To pull 
 - Rih with RB with B prob 
 - Check static 100 before 
 - latch and pull 750 lbs to oil jarring
 - if is not coming use mech and oil jar 
 - if is sheared use SB in stead 
4- redress shifting tool & measure it
5- fluid level Hp calculation 
6- if 2 or 3 ssd pass through (D2 may stake in 1ssd little speed to pass ) 
7- each one jar monitor pressure P 

Back to normal  ( close ssd and retrieve plug)


Before retrieve plug close ssd inflow test retrieve prong after that retrieve plug.  Open the well

D2-shifting tool:
1- the D-2 Is selective tool use to model L SSD 
2- Jar up to open To allow use of power jars
3- jar down to release
4- you can release when you locate the first SSD with out shear the pins by going down fast
5- run in invert position to close the sleeve

Tubing perforator :-
The tool string is standard 
We need to equalize pressure before tubing punch ?

Model A perforator 

2 x 3/16 shear pin brass shear by jarring down( lock the finger to come out)
1 x 5/16 shear pin brass shear pin by jarring down ( release the if stuck )

Operations:
- Tubing clearance 
- rih tubing stop w/SB at least 3 ft below the desired  depth and above any flow coupling (be clear o
- you can also tight the Tbg stop bellow perforator 
-  rih the perforator jar down to shear 3/16 breasts shear pin 
- the finger now is come out jar up to start punching
- when the perforation is done the finger will retract POOH
-test circulation tubing casing 
-for any reason you stuck and you can not perforate jar down to shear 5/16 
brass pin retract the pin POOH

Note:- You can use 2ft stem + spang jar 20" + blind box or gauge cutter make move up down sudde
