a) Inconsistent execution of business processes
Good processes are useless if they aren't followed consistently by all members of
the organization. However, without consistency, it can be impossible for a company to
figure out how and where to improve. As a result of the lack of training, my crew is
responsible for the plates, and they are a part of my team. All we have to do next time is
prepare our team and be ready for a large customer at all times. This is a lesson that
should not be repeated. This provides a clear guideline for what our employees should
be working on each day. It also allows our company to better track and evaluates how
well those processes are being followed.
